Well for 1 i think in a way Guilmon is part of Takato so i thought it was cool i used the others in my first post and only will use them there and until i stated that yoda was there because i figure that its only natural for him to go down and see what is attacking his building i had not done anything of the sort and try to refrain from unless it is PURELY storyline constructive. 2 I understood the rules but thought what i did was legit i am sorry for the inconvenience of your time used for telling me this and thank you.

Roxas and Sora were around together very briefly, but I'm thinking the easiest way to write off them both being together is by... doing absolutely nothing. Basically; if they meet, let them try to figure it out if they want, but just leave the issue. If we are doing the seperate arcs thing, somebody might do something that writes it off later. And even if they don't, we can just write it off as being somewhere on the bullshitometer.

There was one thing I was thinking of; the characters should technically be allowed from any time right? Only, otherwise it would get annoying because, for example, nobody could claim Near due to him being L's replacement, or nobody could Kovu because you have Scar. Things like that. Traditionally mega crossovers like this have some level of time****ery to fix that, but had you thought of it?
