Honestly it was probably Twilight Princess itself. Even though Wind Waker was my first of the games, TP felt like an easier one to get into, and its gimmick was awesome (turning into the wolf) even though it was used more like an item.
I heard the controls were all motion stuff, which, living in a just 2meter across room which is full of stuff anyway, I don't have room for. It would have really increased sales if they made it compatible with a Gamecube controller too.
