      well as you may know, the sig is divided by 2 factors, height, and width, both of which only able to be of 500 pixels or less, however, if someone where to smart think of a loop-hole , they would put 400x600, which would pertain to the 1000 pixel limit, thus creating a loop-hole, but however, most people would call this "smart assing it"
