There is conclusively something different about your CP than mine, mine always gives the number of VMs I have. The only way I would be able to investigate this further would be by having access to the admin CP.

It is not a problem with the length of your user ID. Luckily for me, vB ignores anything after a "-" in the user prompt. in fact, in the url for the convo i'm looking at right now, you are "6-Mis", but there's no issue. You can prove this by changing "6" to "6-diofjspaodifjpaosdijfpasd" and noticing that nothing changes.

It would help if you could get RVR to test.

From my understanding, everyone likes Dazzle because it's simple and easy to use, and you can record directly to the computer's hard drive or WMM, which nullifies the need to use a DVD ripper.

Also, if I understand correctly, there's no time limit to record (e.g.: The DVDs I use can go up to approximately 1 hour and 4 minutes), because it's based on space on your computer.

It looks like the cheapest is around $40.
