and for the actual sig picture, in the Toolbox there's a tool called the "Scale Tool", (it looks like it's being stretched).

Click that, then click on the picture and you can change the sides by dragging the corners/entering a number

You can enter in any number you want to make it bigger/smaller.

For the white background, hit 'Advanced Options"
there should be a dropdown menu were you can go and select the background
