hey misty jus want to let you know that I'm looking for the tab vbaCMPS in my admincp but all I see is a menu that says tabs vbsoporte no vbaCMPS, am I using the right mod because it sure as hell doesn't seem like it?

Is it every two weeks exactly?
For example, if I changed my name today at 2:02 PM PDT, would I have to wait until 2:02 PM on November 3rd or does it just go by date?
