Is it every solid hour, such as 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, etc. or 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM, 8:30 PM, etc. or non-solid hour, such as 6:38 PM, 7:38 PM, 8:38 PM, etc.?

I'd actually like to take part in the khv podcasts sometime but I'd probably have to do it when I have my tourettes meds so that I don't tick as much and if I start making funny sounds while trying to talk please don't laugh because it's part of my disability and it's something I help or control:/
