Yes, it's an anime. Also has vns and manga like you mentioned.

The first season was one of the first subbed anime I ever watched, so the whole thing is kinda like a nostalgia trip for me.

Pros:
-Shana
-Good fights
-Pretty interesting characters overall

Cons:
-Story can get confusing
-Can get slow at times

I would give it a 7/10, mostly because it's considered a classic. I'm not sure how good this new season will be though.

Anyways Shana has 3 seasons, ovas and a movie (the 3rd one just started airing, the other two ended years ago) I'm pretty sure the order is

- Shakugan no Shana
- Shakugan no Shana The Movie
- Shakugan no Shana Second
- Shakugan no Shana Final (the one that is airing now)

I haven't seen the movie and I skipped a bit of the second season, but I can get a bit of an idea of what happened between Final and the first season to watch the one airing now.

But yeah, season 1 and 2 are each 24 episodes and I think this new one is only 12.

If you've read some of the manga you might be able to keep up with it I dunno, the storyline has never been very solid.

2009 I believe...or maybe 2008...not sure.

I could give you some less opinionated information.

She was Staff once. She's best friends with Misty and Kitty. She used to be an RPer back in the day like many memebers. Not really that significant asside from her short time as a moderator.

Telling stories about her would probably make me angry. Let's just say a few people liked her and some probably miss her, but I know enough about her to be 100% sure she is a liar and to me she will never again be anything more than that.

No, that's about right. I usually try to do the same thing, but I couldn't take it. I have really weird OCD. (Part of the reason I was put on those anti-depressants. Not taking them anymore, though.) Also why I'm always changing my name and other minor things. There are IRL things too, like I have this weird thing with doors and hair bows...and chairs. Anyway, I had to stop seeing Catherine. >:

Ah. I suppose. I don't have nightmares that often, and most of the ones that happen now are dreams that aren't scary to me when I wake up, only frightening in-dream.

Sorry for the lateness.

It did bother me. It was such an extreme difference, so for a while I wondered if that's how I really felt. Or, rather, if that kind of darkness was really just sitting there waiting. I analyze things a lot, and I'm very interested in the subconscious. So I spent a while trying to figure out what that dream meant. It's not something I obsess over anymore, but it does irk me from time to time if I think too hard on it. Nothing really happened after except for that moment of doubt. As for what brought it on, I figure it was just anger. From age 11 to about age 15 I was an extremely angry person because of rapid changes in my life I felt were unfair. If not spawned by some of that hatred, I'm not sure what it was or why it was so vivid.
