Well... it's kinda tough to explain it. BRS was originally artwork done by huke. Then it was a song done by Miku... then it was an OVA, then a manga, then a psp game. And now it's getting its very own anime in January. The thing is, all three have their own stories which are completely different. The ova was about parallel universes and friendship, the game is about fighting aliens, and the manga is about souls. There isn't much known about the anime coming in January.

I guess what I would do is watch the ova now (it's only 50 minutes long) and then read some of the manga (which you can find in my BRS group). You'll see how different they are, and it is kinda confusing... the BRS wiki makes things a little more understandable. But yeah do that then just wait for the anime in January, though I can't guarantee that will be related to anything either. xD

Yeah I seen the raws on nyaa this morning (where fansubbers release their stuff first) but yeah nothing yet. The first ova was done by Derp not sure if they are subbing this one too. Hopefully its better than the first episode though. xD
