If you mean European by heritage then yes. I am a European mutt, but most of it is of German decent. The username is Spanish, but i took 4 years of it in High School.

I know what you mean. I often make the assumption that someone is from the US, and i often forget there are others from other countries. (I really screw up on the Canadians, not because i can't tell, but they usually have the same time zone as we do and then i assume they live in the US unintentionally.)
