"Matt" matt said to him. "And I did, but I still am getting used to the rules" matt said to him.

 

"Ah, well I am Grado" He said finishing up his third apple "so are you gonna keep writing all day?"

 

"It is the weekend, so of course. I'll take a break after awhile to get some stuff done, but besides that, I'm gonna have to keep up the work. I want to randomize my timings, so that way people begin to die at different times, and there for, no one can pin down what I do. I'll have to keep this up for awhile and take a few absences from school of course as well, since my finals are in a month, and then after that, school ends. I still must debate whether I'll be going to collage this year or the next" he said, rambling on, as he kept on writing down notes.

"Yeah, yeah..." Grado said throwing away the last apple core "It seems like you got this all planned out huh? Just be sure to not keep me waiting for the exciting stuff to happen eh."

At the Wammy house, Diesel had now been watching TV when he heard about more mysterious deaths that could be Kira's return. A smile appeared on his face, he had thought this case was solved by N...apparently not.

"Patience is a virtue you know. If the excitement comes to soon, then it will not be exciting." matt said. "Go make yourself useful and get me fetch me some apple pie from my refridgerator" matt said to him, already used to the presence of this shinigami. After all, it wasn't like weirder things hadn't happend. He had a note that could control death. How much weirder could it get?

BIC: "Apple Pie?" Drago said curious and happy about getting more apples. He went through the door and soon returned with the pie. "Geez, I've already been here less than a day and here I am taking orders from a human" He said before placing the pie on his desk. He stood behind him eagerly waiting to get a piece

"Not afraid huh? Just know this, when it's your turn to die, I'll be writing your name in my Death Note, hopefully not soon eh?" He joked as he picked up a piece and bit into it. "This is even better than apples! I gotta tell Ryuk about this"

"Heya." Keely said dropping down onto the sofa beside Disel "Got wind of Kira then? I personally looked on the internet as soon as I got away, thought it'd be helpful for making my descion on your offer to work together. And it was, I'm saying if L was killed, Mello was killed and this other Wammy guy... Matt I belive, anyway I'm saying that if those three couldn't solve it, and N lost all those agents at the last case of this kind of thing: If any of us stand a chance of surviving we will need someone watching our backs, so yes. If you're willing to pair up with me then by all means lets. Together we can surpass them all."

 

"Im ok with teaming up with you guys" Ryo said behind them

 

Jake and Jennifer were walking together, as they both looked outside. Jake and Jennifer yawned at the same time as they began to approach the others as they saw them in conversation."Sheesh, you guys sure are picking teams fast" jake said to them.

 

"Yes, It will be fun working with you. Although there is the possibility one or maybe all of us will die" He said before beginning to ramble on about the consequences, but he noticed was he was doing "Anyway we still need to figure out exactly where is Kira" He turned around to see Jake, Jennifer, and Ryo "Hey"

 

"Personally I belive more then two of us working that closely would cause more suspicion. But maybe that's just me." Keely sighed, biting the edge of a long deep purple finger nail with her parly white teeth. "And I wouldn't say it was a rush, we've known each other what? 12 years or so. And in this situation trust has very little to do with partnerships. It's just a case of getting people on your team, and not against you." She explained, crossing her legs as she nibbled on her nail.

 

"Well either way, unless you are planning to go off on your own, working together is the best idea for those who plan on staying at the Wammy house. After all, we have all the supplies needed here" Jennifer confirmed.
"Well as much as that might be true, it'll still be a pain in the ass having to work with people when it comes to a case like this, doesn't it?" jake said.

 

"Especially if you don't get along, I lived with most of you here for some time and I can see us working together" He said "But I agree with Keely, in game where at least one has to win, competition between people will be a very present factor" He started to bit on a pencil he pulled out of his pocket "I'd have to say I'm more comfortable with the least amount of people to work with" He turned his attention to the news "And I wouldn't want to stake all of our lives if I were to fail"

 

"i don't really care about being the succesor just finishing of Kira" Ryo said

 

"You're not going to controlling me you know. This is going to be an equal partnership if it kills me." Keely commented "And yes, should a plan we create mess up big time it would be better the least people possible were involved. If simply so we don't have blood on our hands. And the matter of the competion, I can see a few people here who would be more then happy to become far more agressive in their styles. Climbing their way by standing on corpses of those they 'beat'." She continued "But as far as gettinig along is consered I don't belive we, that being me and Disel, have had any major altercations."

 

"You make it sound kind of scary" jennifer said.
"Sounds like fun" jake said with a sadistic grin.


"Stay here" matt ordered. "I have to go out for a little bit, and I don't want you to follow. I have to meet with a friend of mine, and he'll get to freaked out if he sees you, since he has already touched the death note" he said, as he began to head towards the front door. "You can stay and eat the apple pie though" he said to him.
