BIC: Jinx returned Van Helsing's look and hopped down off her seat to go to Beatrice. "What do you mean you don't feel well? What doesn't feel well?" she asked, seriously.

 

Edward growled and sighed to himself, moving next to her and putting his arm around her shoulders. "It'll be fine, just relax," he tried to soothe. "I don't know what's wrong with you, so I don't know what to do... sorry..."

Kill him, Lestat, Edward snapped at the vampire in his head. Please, I need you to; something's wrong with her and it's got to do with him. Kill him yourself or bring him to me, understand?

 

Lestat frowned when he heard Edward. I will do what I can, he muttered, and then shut the werewolf out, the hunter's horse coming into view.

"Something's wrong with your girl," he added aloud to John, not sure if he knew.

 

A shiver passed through Beatrice when she felt sharp points against her gums. "I..." She looked up at Jinx.

OOC: Noooooooo! *sighs* fine... have a good dinner. and then get ur ass back here please. ^^

BIC: Jinx gently took hold of Beatrice's shoulders, getting a good grip so she could restran her if needed. "Um..." she throught quickly, not knowing what to do. "Um, your fangs are long, and um..." And why do you feel sick? That doesn't add up. Damn it I'm supposed to know what to do but I don't have any idea! "Does it hurt somewhere? Are you dizzy?"

 

Van Helsing just sat in his seat on top of the carriage, running his hands through his hair and then wringing them together helplessly. Poor Carl, he thought with the smallest smile. Best he stays in that carriage, I guess...

 

"I didn't get a chance to...," Beatrice closed her eyes and took a deep breath. "Hunt."

Hannah grimiced at Edward. "It seems legends aren't really legends anymore. Haven't you heard of Lycans?"

John gave Lestat a brief nod. "I know. Vampire venom is poisonous to a werewolf, but if a vampire gets werewolf blood in their system it's a different story. They either die, or become a hybrid known as a Lycan." He explained, not sure if Lestat knew.

OOC: i'm gonna hook up the laptop upstairs. so i'll bbs ^^

BIC: "Oh." Jinx calmed down a little. "Sorry Van Helsing, we'll be back in a few minutes." she said to him before leading Beatrice to the forest. "Are you going to be okay?" she asked gently, sensing around for someting rather big, figuring Beatrice probably needed as much as she could get at the moment.

Will smirked, Everyone is inside or going away. Good a chance as any to deal with him. he waited until the girls had gone far enough and walked smoothly out of the forest to lean up against Van Helsing's carrige. "You're a real pain in the ass, you knwo that?"

 

Van Helsing smiled, jumping down from the carriage and tightening his grip on his gun. "I'm proud of that," he snapped, smirking. "What the hell are you doing here? I'd think you'd have take the hint after last time."

 

"Yes," Edward grimaced. "But you're not going to be harmed in any way such as that; Lestat will see to that."

Thank you, my friend, he sent to Lestat, not sure if he could hear him. I owe you more now if you finish the hunter...

 

"I see," Lestat muttered, ignoring Edward. "What do you plan to do about it?"

 

"Yes, well you know what assuming makes you." Will shrugged. "But anyway, I would like to kindly ask you to stop getting in the way. Do you think you can do that or do you need help?" he smiled, menace written all over him.

OOC: Darn it............ it's dinner time and my mum and dad want to watch a movie after wards. i hope to see u guys later though, maybe? cya soon i hope!

 

Jake slowed his stallion, sensing that someone was following him. He could smell an acrid scent in the air and then yanked his stallion to a halt. Vampires. He thought angrily and reached into his saddle bags for something useful. Just when the group stopped; nice timing.

 

Hannah smiled weakly. "There's nothing that can stop it, Edward. Chances are the werewolf I bit will die because of my venom and I'll die because I'm too weak to withstand the change. It's a simple fact."

"There's nothing I can do." John answered. "I can only hope that she'll live through it. Though she will be one of a kind if she does."

"I... I don't know." Beatrice replied. "It's... hard, you know?"

 

"I've had experience with people like you," Van Helsing spat, cocking the hammer back on his gun. "You're mind tricks don't bother me; stop trying so hard. It seems to me..." He paused, stepping toward Will and raising the gun so it faced the man's throat. "You seem to be the one that she doesn't care about when her mind is clear. Maybe you need to stop getting in the way."

 

"You'll be fine, you hear me?" Edward snapped suddenly, taking her face in between his hands. "Don't talk to me about things like that when I can prevent them... you'll drive me mad, don't you see?"

 

Lestat grimaced, but changed the subject: "Shall we greet our friend?" he asked. "He's aware of us now."

 

"Edward," Hannah began, struggling to keep her voice steady. "Edward, how can you prevent it? If it were possible to die of stress, I'd be long dead. Edward, I'm scared. This is all so much, so soon. I thought being a vampire was being a monster.... but now... a lycan...? To be two in one? I don't know what to do, Edward." She lowered her eyes. "But I want you to stay with me."

"Greet?" John chuckled. "You first."

 

Jake grit his teeth. "Come out, bloodsuckers!" He shouted to the trees as he took a stake out of his saddle bag.

 

Edward tried to smile, kissing her cheek. "Lestat will finish the hunter; if he is dead, it will be better for you, I know it. Trust me... Lestat says so. If he doesn't kill the werewolf, I will, in six days when the moon is full. I love you, Hannah. I'll always stay with you, if that's what you want."
