Kayleigh sat on the beach,looking at her hand,she had made a flame appere in it,she closed her hand making it dissappere again,se sighed,thank god nobody knew about her....now...

Rae walked through the forest, hoping she could get away from all of the people that thought she was 'different'.

Nox heard someone walking in the forest. He hid behind a tree and looked to see Rae.

 

Rae heard something as well and saw something or someone from the corner of her eye. She walked in the direction that she thought she saw it.

 

Nox was scared. Was she one of them. He didn't see a gun. Nox didn't move.

 

Rae knew she was being watched and quickly got out of sight. She then appeared behind the person who was watching her and said "Who are you?"

 

Nox spun around and fell backwards. He looked up at her scared, "please don't hurt me."

 

She looked down at where he was on the ground. She reached out her hand to help him up. "I am not going to hurt you, why would I do a thing like that?" She asked and smiled.

 

He took her hand, "your not with the goverment?"

 

"Nope! Wait, are you?" She asked him.

 

"No," he said, "I came here to escape them."

 

"I did as well." She said then extended her hand, "My name is Rae Takashi."

 

Nox took it, "Nox."

 

"It's a pleasure to meet you!" Rae said. "So, if you are not with the government, you must have powers, correct?

 

His shadow moved and made a bird then some letters that read: yes.

 

Rae smiled. Then lit a small fire in her hand to show him that she also had powers.

 

Nox smiled. He wasn,t alone any more, "do you have some where to stay?"

 

"Well unfortunately my house was taken by the government. So no. I am sorry." She said.
