possibly, but i have put that thought to the back of my head, it was not a pleasant chapter for me. after the daughter of the royal family left, i was blamed and forced to cover my face in shame, hence my mask, it isnt for show, i love when i am allowed to come to these masquerades because everyone looks like me, with a mask, but sorry im answering your question with another question and a story on top of it. if it was that same girl, i think i would finally believe in fate, that since she was the one who took me in to the families' home"

 

"Sorry to ask then. But why dont you take off your mask when you're around people you trust?" Rhixan asked. For some reason, she felt guilty about something.

 

Kaito smiled, it seemed that she seemed trust worthy, he stood up, balancing on the guard rail on the balcony, he took a step back and ran, he jumped as far as he could and stumbled but landed on the balcony with Rhixan, "i trust you enough, but just so i dont spoil the fun, theres nothing wrong with my face, its just a mask of dishonor, or as i have adopted the term, mo zing, from a book i read" he slowly removed the ivory mask and he smiled at her, he felt strange removing his mask like weighs had been taken off his shoulders

 

Rhixan stared at his face. She reconigsed it so badly but it just made her feel even more guilty. "I reconigse your face but... Guilt come with it..."

 

Kaito was puzzled "what, what do you mean?" he felt insecurity in her voice

 

"I feel as though I've done something bad. Really bad to you. I just don't know what. I can't remember.." Rhixan looked away from him.

 

"well, im not sure what you mean but tell me, what did you do to me? i must know" he stood next to her

 

"I dont know what I did. I can't remember at all." Rhixan hugged herself. Raffello looked at a small box in his room. There held Rhixan's memories of Kaito. He had taken them from her mind by request of her mother.

 

Kaito was worried "but, how can you not know, is, is there some way i could remind you? can you talk to someone to jog your memory? its so strange and its killing me not to know" he said sadly

 

"I want to know too but... Its like some took my memory away at that bit..." Rhixan frowned.

 

Kaito stood dumbfounded "but how can someone take away your memories like that? its simply a thought, no one can take that from you..." he said, trying not to sound like a fool

 

Rhixan nodded. "No one can do that... Maybe I just need to wait and it'll come to me." She smiled at him.

 

Kaito smiled at her and he put his mask back on "well, when you do remember, i truly wish to know, more than anything" he said

 

Rhixan nodded. "I'll tell when I remember. First thing."

 

Kaito smiled at her "i will be waiting to hear the news"

 

Rhixan smiled back and headed towards the balcony door. "Well, goodnight Kaito." She went inside and shut the door. Drawing over the curtains, she then flopped down on her bed and fell asleep. (OOC: gtg now. Night.)

 

Kaito stood still "good night...."

 

Raffello stood up and opened the box. Inside the padded box, there was a glowing green jigsaw piece. Picking it up, Raffello looked at it, careful not to shatter it. Closing his eyes, he saw Kaito as a child through Rhixan's eyes. Playing in the fields, listening to him playing the violin, she was happy. But as it moved on to Rhixan older, she was crying. She had fallen in love with him but Kaito had disappeared. Never to be seen again. Raffello opened his eyes and looked at his own memories. That day, he had first met Rhixan and hugged her to comfort her.

 

Kaito walked out of the room silently and looked around the others, dancing and enjoying themselves... She looks exactly as i remember her.... that has to be her! he thought

 

Raffello sighed and looked out the window towards Rhixan's room. Should I give her back her memories? He shut his eyes and went into Rhixan's mind, even from this distance. Seeing her feel guilty at her conversation eairlier, he frowned. She wants to know who he is...
