The Infected

Xioimara had passed out as Sinder had turned. She had no energy left in her body and her willpower was quickly deteriorating as well. She fell into a light sleep, stirring every few minutes from noises or distracting pains.

 

OOC: Woah, WTH explain please

 

OoC:// This ^

 

OOC: Okay.

BIC: Rita headed back towards the hospital, hoping Toki was alright.

 

OOC: can I please have Sora, Namine, and Kairi, (seeing as no-one has taken them, and it is kind-of hard to sleep through a dragon attack, especialy when they have been sleeping all day long?)

BIC:
Mark looked around, "well, welcome to ruins town," he said.

Roxas laughed, then noticed something on the horizon, "hey, what the Kingdom Hearts is that?" he asked, pointing.

Riku looked at the gigantic humming-bird like monster, "I've got no clue," he said.

 

'The Nobody-heartless hybrid symbol, huh...? Interesting.' And it was interesting to Xara indeed. Was this girl a Nobody like her? Or did she just have the symbol?

FH looked toward the other boys were looking in the distance, and saw what they were staring at. "WHOA! Hey! Looky at that!" FH pointed with her little claw towards the humming bird in the sky while poking the back of Xara's head with her other hand.

"Gah, what FH?" Xara was getting slightly annoyed with FH's poking and turned to look where FH was pointing. There, she saw the humming bird. "Um... kay? I never seen anything like that before..."

 

Sinder looked toward the sky. "Stupid duels, always get everyone's attention," she accidentally said aloud. She turned away from the hummingbird and started walking. She was in search of a place to nap.

Ten minutes ago, (durring the dragon attack)

Sora awoke to the sound of a dragon roaring, and sat up in bed, to see that Roxas and Riku's beds were empty, and the window was open. Sora raced to the window, looking out it to see Sinder in Dragon form, rampaging around twilight town, "what the Xehanort?!" he exlaimed.

Meanwhile...

Kairi and Namine also woke up, around the time that Sora uttered the horrible aprentice's name, to the sound of a dragon burning the town.

Kairi summoned her keyblade, and was about to leap out the window when Namine spoke up, "you're not going out like that, are you?" she asked.

Kairi looked down at the night gown she was wearing, one slash to the straps holding it up and... I don't want to think about that, she thought, as she and Namine rushed to change into more appropriate clothes.

Right now:
Sora, Kairi, and Namine, now all dressed in clothes appropriate for battle, ran over to Roxas, Mark, Riku, and everyone else that was still by the scene of the fight.

Riku looked up, "what took you so long, Roxas, me, and the new guy had to help fight a dragon!" he said.

"It's not our fault that we slept in," Kairi said.

"Oh yeah? You guys stayed up until 3 in the dawn!" Roxas exclaimed.

"You would've too if you didn't eat all that turkey last night!" Namine said.

Sora looked at Mark, "a new guy, huh?" he asked Riku.

"Yeah, he helped us against that dragon, you should see the guy using his keyblades with a dual firega," Riku said.

Mark shook his head, "one of thoose was a firegun," he said laughing.

Pretty soon, the group of six was all introduced to Mark, and in Mark's case, introduced to the group.

 

Xara, suddenly feeling self concious of such a large group suddenly forming around the three boys, pulled her hood tighter over her head and started to scoot away from them quietly. "Meep..."

FH had long disappeared into Xara's backpack, a little bit nervous around large crowds as well.

 

Mark looked at Xara, "hey, where you going?" he asked, bringing her to the attention of the group.

Riku nodded, "yeah, us uninfected need to stick together, you know?" he said.

 

Sinder's wings dragged behind her. She still felt sad that she could not feel the feelings that Toki and Rita felt. Then she growled and turned around at the comment about the infected.

 

Xara turned towards the others, chuckling nervously while rubbing the back of her head. "Actually guys... I'm on a special mission right now. I'm looking for someone. Someone who's probably in trouble right now..." Xara didn't know whether to tell it flat out, or keep them suspended. She really didn't want to get them involved with it. They seemed to despise infectives.

FH quickly nodded her head in the backpack, agreeing with what Xara was saying. She was told many times they were looking for someone.

 

Xioimara awoke after an hour or so. Left in the forest. Her wounds had managed to stop bleeding for now. Xioimara stood up with a cringe of pain and grabbed her face. 'My whole goddamn body hurts...' She put her hands on a tree for support, breathing heavily. Her world was blurry and shaky. Constantly shifting from blurry or double vision back to normal and then back to blurry. Xioimara heaved out whatever was in her stomach. Blood, but she was just gagging for the most part.

Marluxia was out for a stroll in Twilight Town. He did notice the damages done. Perhaps this wasn't the right time to be in this town. He had also heard rumors of the all but too well-known heroes, Sora, Roxas, Riku, and Kairi. The town was a ghost town as of now. Besides the destruction that obscured Twilight Town. Empty streets sounded good to him and if he ran into any trouble, he would simply just leave to another area.

 

"Riku-," Roxas said, seeing Sinder walking away.

Mark sighed, "well, what can we do? It isn't like we can just cure her, it sucks for her, but..." he said, "well, the infected can be a danger, did you see what she did to the town? It's not that I hate her, just that, well, we are on different sides, she is going to have to find a way to fight it on her own for now, we can't help her with her internal battles."

OOC: sorry, no color, gotta go, bye!

 

That got Xara's attention. "Hey now, just because she has darkness inside of her, doesn't mean that she's bad. I mean, look at me, look at FH. We're not bad. We use our darkness in a different way. Sure, it causes disruction, but it's hard to control right up front. And you guys can to help. It's not impossible." Xara huffed out and walked forward towards Sinder, looking up at her. "Well, me and FH better get going. You know, if you wanna, you can come with us to look for our friend." Xara tilted her head and smiled under her hood.

FH popped out of the backpack once again and spread her arms out. "YEAH! Come with us! It'll be so much fun, fun, FUN! We go everywheeeeere! And Xara can buy us treats and stuff!"

Xara grinned and shook her head at FH. Then she looked back up at Sinder. "It's your choice." She then turned to the others and waved to them. "Nice meeting you guys. Maybe we'll run into each other again." Xara then turned away from them and started to walk carefully through the rubble towards the wall that lead to the forest.

 

Xioimara backed up a little and dropped down again. Her stomach felt like water. Her shirt was torn as were her jeans. Xioimara put a hand on her face. The cuts on her face had re-opened on the side of her face. Her bad eye had added a tint of red to her blurry vision and was bloodshot. Her bones popped with every movement she made. She could feel one of her ribs popping in and out of place with every movement. Xioimara gridded her teeth to try and keep in pain. It shot through her body. She couldn't hold it in anymore. Xioimara screamed out her pains at once.

Her scream echoed through the forest and she fell over in fetal position. She continued to grind her teeth, tears mixed with blood starting to form in her eyes from the stress on her body.

 

Xara heard the scream and immediantly became alert. Someone was in trouble... Actually it sounded like they were in pain. Xara sped up her pace to a quick run and ran faster to the wall that had the tunnel that would lead her through the forest. She figured that's where it came from.

Sure enough, she was right.

Xara stumbled on the girl, and stopped dead. She looked hurt, badly hurt. "Oh my gosh..." Xara took in a deep breath to calm herself down and walked towards the girl. "FH, stay in the backpack..." She didn't want the innocent shadow heartless to see this. Xara was trying to think what she could do... when she remembered she had a mega postion in her backpack.Maybe that'll work...'

Xara came over to the girl and knelt down by her side, touching her shoulder gently. "Hang in there, okay? You're going to be alright." Xara pulled out the potion from her backpack and opened the lid. She then cast it over the girl, praying that'll it would work at least a little bit. "Please be okay..."

 

Rita also heard the scream, realising who it was straight away she ran over to the forest.

Once there she saw Xioimara lying on the ground, another girl by her side, She ran over to them. "Hey, is she all right?" She asked the other girl.

 

Xioimara heard someone nearby. She didn't have the energy to run but as they became close she realized they weren't going to hurt her and soon enough Rita also showed up. Xioimara felt a small hatred built up for the supposed good guys. Just leaving her for dead. Xioimara shot up, feeling the potion on her skin. She hadn't paid attention to what the stranger had said. Mostly because she was focusing on her heartbeat.
Xioimara stumbled and fell back on the ground.
"Who are you?" Xioimara asked, trying to focus on the girl. Her wounds had stopped bleeding and the pain had revered just slightly. Just enough to make it more bearable.

 

Xara raised up her hands, trying to calm the other girl down. "Easy there... I'm just here to help. You shouldn't move around like that, you'll make your injuries worse, you know." Xara looked over her shoulder to see another girl approach. 'Hm... lot of people around here.' She was about to say a sarcastic remark to the girl, but bit her tongue. "I don't know, I just got here." Xara then turned her attention back to the girl and smiled softly. "My name is Xara... What's yours?"
