The Escape

Nice hit....Jason...you better not die.....if you do Isabelle's going to be mad.

 

Jason held is shoulder, "I don't want to trust me...." he said trying to smile, "I think I'll just rest...." he said lying down.

Will came into the house, "how are you Anita?" he asked then saw Jason, "how is he?"

 

i'm fine.....he's not....Jason....Jason...listen to me...you are not going to rest...okay?...I will make you stay up all night until we know that you're not going to die. Do you hear me?!

She shook him.

 

Jason smiled, "trust me Anita....I'll be fine...." he said, "I just want to rest a little bit....try and recover...."

Will walked over and held Anita, "trust him.....he knows how healthy he feels..." he said gently rubbing Anita's back, "and you should rest as well...." he smiled.

 

I don't need rest.....and fine....but I just don't want you to fall asleep and then it ends up that you died in your sleep.....and...you don't have to rub my back all the time, Will....

 

Jason sighed, "really Anita....trust me...." he said, "fine I'll sit over here against the wall..."

Will stopped rubbing her back, "sorry....I just want to make you feel better...." he said, "but I'll stop....."

 

I'm fine.....really.....*sigh*.....I wonder how Isabelle's doing....

 

Jason sighed, "I wish I knew...." he said looking out the window towards the castle.

Will continued to stand by Anita, "I'm sure she is ok....she knows how to handle herself....she is in no way weak..." he looked down at Anita, "neither are you...." he said hugging her gently.

 

She hugged him back.

 

Jason smiled looking over at them, "you two look very happy together...." he said, "I wish me and Isabelle could be like that...."

Will smiled, "I hope me and Anita will be very happy together...." he said gently touching Anita's cheek, "I will try to make you happy....." he said kissing her.

 

All right.....you can start by actually treating me like something older than a child.

 

Jason looked at her confused, "when has he done that?" he asked.

Will looked at her funny, "I just want to keep you safe Anita....I'm not trying to not let you go anywhere...." he sighed.

 

Fine...it's just.....I get the feeling you care for me so much as to an extreme.....

OOC-.....I find it kind of weird that a 23 year old wants to marry a 17 year old.......sort of.....then again...this wasn't entirely uncommon in those times....

 

OOC: Exactly my thinking...back in those days six years wasn't that much compared to some of the marriages lol.

BIC: Jason decided to let them talk and continued staring out the window.

Will sighed, "I love you Anita....I've always liked you ever since we were kids...." he said, "so I guess thats why I want to show you how much I care...and want to keep you safe...."

 

I should be more worried about you than myself.....but then again i guess that's what you're thinking too.

 

Will smiled, "I've only thought your safety.....as I have been trained to do Anita...." he said, "that is what a knight's purpose is....."

 

Yeah.....and that's what annoyed me the most....which is why i always sneook out of the castle....just to see what happened......it was mean...I know...but it was so much fun....

 

Will laughed, "I didn't mind chasing after you....after all we did the exact same thing when we were kids...." he smiled, "I love you.....so it was no problem for me...."

 

I remember that one time when we were palying hide and seek....and i hid till it was dinnertime and you still couldn't find me....most other knights would've given up but you didn't....I thought it was because my dad would get mad at you for not watching me properly....and i finally came out when mom called everyone for dinner....

 

"Your mother was a great cook....as are you...." Will smiled, "and your father is a great king.....and you are a strong beautiful princess...." he said gently touching her cheek.
