That's not how to use a banner anyway. You put it at the top of each RP post you make as those characters. Why does it need to be all over the site? D:

 

'cause it's cool. XD besides, gets annoying to put it in your posts o.o

 

> create a Notepad document
> copy&paste image url and any formating you use for the banner into it
> save and pin to start menu
Problem solved. You can just copypasta it into the top of every post with no problem.
