I got m' tan from workin' out on ma pa's farm all darn day. Them weeds is mighty annoyin' to pull with y' raw hands.

I hate sunburns, especially since I burn easily. When I first started at Wendy's, I was always put on fries and every time I left work, my arms would have sunburns on them from the light that keeps the fries warm after you take them out of the oil. They didn't really hurt, but my skin was all red and warm to the touch. My co-workers would always get worried when they saw my arms, but I'd explain to them that I burn easily.

My Mediterranean skin knows of no such thing.

 

But sun = not snow.

Ergo, sun tans are a welcome thing for me. I tan easily and evenly. It's weird. I only burn when I decide to rebel when boating...to mixed reviews, both with boating and burning.

 

My Scandinavian/Russian heritage doesn't allow me to tan, but my Mediterranean heritage means no sunburns either. *knocks wood just in case*​

Do you mean you go into a tanning salon and lay down on a lightbulb and get tan that way?
