"well if that was the book he wrote i wonder why it had a warning sign" she said curiously.

 

"Maybe he wasnt finished and just wanted to wait. But he's dead now so..." Krista walked up to the book and grabbed the note. She opened it to read.

"well i guess it's ok to read it then"serenity said walking over by krista.

"Wow, this guy was freaky. Look at what he wrote in the note," Krista said passing it to Serenity, "Think its like one of those Liminey snicket things?"

 

"what do you mean"serenity said looking at the note

 

"It talks about how we shouldn't open it at all costs, that dark things will happen, we'll regret it, ect ect," Krista said picking up the book.

 

"maybe he's trying to trick anyone who reads it" serenity still looking at the note.

 

"Yeah, maybe," Krista said examining the book a little more, "Still, it was his book. Maybe we should just leave it alone."

 

"maybe,but i'm curious to see what it's about"serenity said.

 

"Well, you own the house now," Krista said passing her the book, "Guess its yours now."

 

serenity dropped the note on the floor and took the book "you wanna read it with me"she asked krista.

 

"I dont see why not," Krista said standing next to Serenity.

 

serenity opened the book the first page read "aurther spiderwick's feild guide to the magical world around you" she turned to the next page but then the ground started to shake and she fell to the ground then a big glowing white light surrounded the house and then dissappeared.

 

"Serenity!" Krista called hopeing to hear her. She was against the wall trying to keep herself from falling.

 

serenity got back on her feet "are you okay"she asked krista.

 

"Yeah, I'm fine, you?" Krista asked.

 

"i'm okay" serenity said "what do you think happened?"

 

"I'm kinda hopeing I dont find that out," Krista said looking around.

 

"i'm going to go outside to make sure nothing is damaged" serenity said putting the book on a shelf.

 

"I'll go with you. I'm not going to be able to stay here on my own," Krista said following.
