Kingdom Hearts II Sora alone

Do you know when Sora ditched Donald and Goofy in CoM? He seemed to be fine then...

i think sora would have lost his heart to the darkness on the islands cause he couldn't get off without the help kiari nowhere to be found and riku for going goth and wanting the power of darkness

 

Cid maybe could have built one, but I doubt it... Sora probably would have needed help with the guard-armor, so if neither Yuffie or Leon were near, he might have died at that point already... X_X

 

Actually, Sora and Ansem just hate Nobodies (Ansem because of Xehanort and Sora because... he's Sora). Mickey, and Riku couldn't have cared less about killing them until Xemnas went too far.

Anyway, is everyone forgetting CoM? Larxene would've killed Sora if it weren't for Donald and Goofy. And like Repliku said, Sora would need to think on his own. And we've seen what happens when Sora does that - he gets carried away and can end up going the wrong way or getting himself killed (CoM has the best example).

Mickey managed to survive because he really stayed in the shadows. He didn't show himself at all unless needed. Plus, like VAT, he was fully trained to survive on his own.

Look what happened to the other people who decided to journey on their own:

1.) Riku, who spent most of his time alone in KH1 had his heart swallowed by the darkness. He was lucky Mickey was there to help him get rid of it. He kept himself busy with DiZ and Naminé, following DiZ's orders.

2.) Naminé got herself captured when she escaped the 13th floor on her own. She stayed with Ansem and Riku for a while, then went with Axel.

3.) Ansem barely managed to retain his sanity in the realm of nothingness by writing his Reports. With Riku and Mickey, no harm came to him. He went off on his own again in TWTNW and would've gotten killed by Nobodies if it weren't for Mickey.

5.) Roxas didn't even get off TWTNW; he was chased by Nobodies, Neoshadows, and got strangled by Riku.

4.) Axel just had to do stuff on his own for whatever reason. And look, he was beaten up at least thrice and became so weak in the end. He could've chosen to keep his life with Sora by his side, but he decided to sacrifice himself.

Sora wouldn't have made it too far; his friends are his strength and motivation. And sometimes his brain, since he can be pretty stupid for a 15 year old.

 

Alone, he would've been Marluxia's or Xemnas's puppet. The Org would be alive and ruling the world. Lastly, we wouldnn't hate Donald and Goofy knowing what they are really like.

OH! Also, Kairi would've been dead at HB without Donald and Goofy telling her to run.

 

No he would of not surived on his own with his attiude and the way he addressed the bosses by being a smart alec. In certain situations it was his friends that helped him get through otherwise Sora would of died or given up to the darkness.

 

Sora would not survive on his own. Like after you defeat Demyx in Hollow Bastion and Sora's trying to challenge the whole organization right there. If donald wouldn't have said anything he probably would have gotten killed.

 

Nowhere,if he hadn't met Donald and Goofy.He wouldn't even be able to leave Traverse Town.No Gummi Ship.He would be stuck.

 

Without Donald and Goofy I don't think he'd make it far. Lets see you got the boss, and everything else....

Really in KH1 Riku and Mickey helped each other out.

 

I think Sora would suck alone unless he had RIku with him, but I hardly passed Xemnas in KH2 and got through the end with riku. o_o

 

I don't think he would've made it very far. He would of never survived to kill any of the nobodies by himself. He even needed Riku to kill Xemnas. Though he was able to defeat Sephiroth be himself, in game canon, the Organization members are probably stronger than Sephiroth.

 

For real.
And without Riku and Kairi, he wouldn't have to go looking for him, and he wouldn't have gone with Donald and Goofy, and he wouldn't have saved everyone.

 

Donald and Goofy were helpful in KH1.B ut they didn't really do anything in Re:Chain of Memories and KH2. Sora could've taken on the Organization alone.

 

Sora wouldn't be able to defeat Org XIII by himself. No way. He's still a kid at heart, and wouldn't make the best decisions, some may cost him his life.

 

Despite the fact that Donald and Goofy are considered "useless", the truth of the matter is, that they are not. If it wasn't for them, Sora would not be anywhere, or even alive to make it this far. Even if in the gameplay/battle they don't do much of anything, they do aid in distracting the Boss to give Sora openings, and provide a Heal when you might get too distracted in the fight. As someone pointed out, if it wasn't for Donald and Goofy in CoM, Larxene would've knocked him the hell out. Maybe severely. He couldn't defeat Xemnas by himself, and in Reaction Commands/scenes, it shows Riku saving his @ss more than often. Donald and Goofy had to remind him of what was happening in Hollow Bastion at the time in KH2. He's not exactly smart to depend on strategies and tactics either.

As for Sephiroth, I always thought it as a spar, rather than a battle, kind of like testing. It shows this by the fact that neither Sora nor Sephiroth were exhausted or hurt when they stopped. He didn't really defeat him, and the man said so himself that it was only Cloud that is able to accomplish it [at least, I think so].

In my opinion, with some of the elements the Organization have in their posession, they should've been all powerful beings than what they were presented in the game. Time? Space/Gravity? Illusion? Lightning/Thunder? [who is able to kill a person in one simple strike]

But, away from that, and in the conclusion: Sora without friends = Nothing.

 

No he wouldn't.Sora is interdependant on the people around him.Thats why if you fight a boss without the others he will lose while if you fight you as riku you'll win hands down.

 

If Sora was alone he wouldn't say "my friends are my power"
