Nine Kingdom

Vitan held her for a sec, trying to calm her down. He then said to her "Hey! Don't worry. Everything is okay, nothing is going on." Vitan then sat down on the bed next to her "You okay? Sounds like you had a horrible dream."

 

" Its just nothing... probably just another nightmare..." Suri said as she rubbed her forehead and sat up. She did not appear to be in the best of shape. " I haven't had that dream since I was living with that peasant family."

 

"Peasent family?" Vitan inquired. Vitan was curious to know more about this girl, since he had been with her for what felt like an eternity now.

 

Eins got in a few mire minutes of sleep before deciding to get up. From what he could tell, he was the last one to do so. He was used to that anyway. As he got up from where he was resting, he decided to see if he could find out where Alastair went.

 

" Yes when I was young I lived with a family of peasants... they found me when I was only a orphan in the forest... I don't remember anything else before that though..." Suri said.

 

"Huh..." Vitan wanted to know more, but it seemed to be a very touchy subject for Suri so he let it go. "Well, I am about to go down to the market place to get some supplies, want to come with?"

 

" Sure I guess. I need to stretch my legs a bit anyways..." Suri said with a yawn as she gave him a strange look. " Uh can leave the room for a moment I need to change out of my jumper..."

 

Vitan blushed a little "Uh, yeah. I'll wait for you down stairs." Vitan then left the room, but closed the door behind him. He then went downstairs and got some of his gear together. Putting on his rags of clothing, then putting around him a belt. He then holstered his sword in his belt and then sat on the front poarch of the house. While he waited, Vitan gathered a list of things he would personally need, then thought of things the entire group would need.

 

Suri came down stairs wearing a dark blue dress and a black vest that went over it. " Ready to go?" She said as slung her bag over her shoulder.

 

"Yep, let's go." said Vitan as he and Suri walked to the market place and picked up many materials. Such as food, potions, some clothing items even. Vitan had to be more prepared and more ready, because next time, Vitan wanted to fight not run away.

 

" So any idea on what we should buy first?" Suri asked as she followed him.

 

Hearing a soft purr, Mya opened her eyes to a cat nuzzling her face. Mya smiled and scratched its head. "And good morning to you too Tammie. Now let's get the others up and running." She rolled off the bed and changed into her regular clothes before heading down to the kitchen and started to cook some breakfast for the people in the Monastery at the moment. Hmm...seems like the priests haven't returned yet. Hope it stays like that until he's ready to leave.

 

Bheliar came up from the basement and looked at Mya. Without any emotion he said "Good morning."

"Probably food." said Vitan as he went over to a couple stands and began bartering for certain types of food. He then pointed at Suri and told her to go "Check out those stands over there." which were also food stands.

 

Mya nodded, still busy cooking some food. "Good morning to you too. I hope you're feeling a lot better." She slid some slices of ham and eggs on a plate and handed it to Bheliar. "Here. Eat up."

 

Bheliar looked at the food with curiosity. He had never seen anything like it, and compared to the food found in his native land of Rai, the food honestly looked disgusting. Bheliar began eating the food and decided that the look was fitting for the taste was the same. He, however, slowly ate the food with each bite, an expression of displease and discomfort ran onto his face. Bheliar did not wish to insult Mya so he finished the food and then felt horrible about it. Bheliar looked as though he was going to pass out, but didn't. "Thank you" he said while trying to sound honest "And yes... I'm feeling much better today..."

 

Mya sighed and nodded. She could detect the disgust he showed on his face. Well at least he finished it. What the hell. It's not like I know what demons eat. She took the plate from him. "That's good to hear. The priests haven't returned yet, but we shouldn't push our luck." Se grabbed a plate herself and started to eat.

 

Drei soon awoken to the smell of food. Following it, he found that Mya had gotten up. "Morning." He said.

 

Once Alastair was done removing the scales he patted Alyssa on the side "Its over now" he said as she silently cried. The most painful thing that could be done to a dragon was pull off their scales, but it had to be done. After finishing Alastair returned to the town "Less then an hour he said as he headed over to where the caravan was starting to gather.

 

" I will see if I can get us something that will last for a while just in case this journey turns out to be a long one. ." Suri said as she walked over to stand and started to look around.

 

Bheliar counted himself lucky. "Since my plans did not go as I intended them, I must now make new plans." Bheliar explained "I intend to go to St. Oni, which is the capital of the Vision kingdom. Once there I intend to investigate further on the situation regarding the empires advances. Once I figure that out, then I can proceed with my next plan."

Vitan continued gathering supplies. He changed his clothing from the rags he once wore to something a little more clean looking. No stitches or rips or patches in his clothing anymore. It was all nice and clean. He then returned to Suri with many foods and items in hand.
