    1) Surgery, while still an infant, heart got punctured. Actually died.
    2) Surgery, while still an infant, no idea what happened, but I died.
    3) Surgery, this past February, doctors had to kill me to test my Debribillator. I died.

    I came very close to dying as a child, I fell on a local beach and slashed my knee open. Nearly bled to death, I blacked out before I got to an ambulance.

    The question is unclear. It simply asks what color your shirt is. However, many scenarios can be created by this simple statement. For example, you could have many shirts, varying in colors. Or, it could simply mean you only have one shirt that is one color. Then again, you could have many shirts with the same color. On the other hand, you could have one shirt with many colors. So, therefore, no true conclusion can be reached with the given information.
