Midnight

"Why thank you. I try."

 

"And so modest too." She giggled nervously. "So, running?"

 

"You go first. I'll hold them off." He said as the creatures came closer

 

Hybrid looked as though she were going to protest for a moment but the seemed to decide against it. "Fine..." She sighed, knowing as how she was unarmed she'd be of no help. "But you better not stay longer then you absoultly have to." She said firmly before running off as fast as she could away from the creatures.

 

He smiled. "I'll can handle this." He said as she ran away from the sceen. Darkness started to surrond him and he sent blades made of the shadows at them which cut them into pieces. More then appeared. "Keep on coming...This is a bad sign." He said before running the same way Hybrid went.

 

Eventually Hybrid pulled to a stop outside an old church. Collasping slightly out of breath on the floor, leaning against the old and slightly crumbling brick wall.

 

Ty finally lost the beasts andnow looked for Hybrid to make sure she was okay

 

I hope that guy's alright... He basicly saved my life, I hadn't even noticed those creatures, and I don't even know his name...

 

He sensed her and that she was okay so he started to heads to the outskirts of the city

 

"I should find him..." She mumbled to herself. "It's not right me not at least thanking him..." Hybrid said as she stood up, the gentle breeze playing through her silver hair gracefully.

 

He stood next a warehouse and leaned on the wall, waiting for someone

 

After walking for a short while Hybrid felt as though something was with her, watching her, following her. Something wasn't right with the world around her, then she cast her eyes to the ground just for a moment, just for a second. And what she saw made her shreik in terror. She had not just the one shadow that should of been caused by the pale moonlight, but two. One to her side, and one sprawled out before her. And the one to the side, welll, that certainly shouldn't of been there. "Wh-what's going on..."

 

He looked around after sensing something and sighed. "Not again....He then saw the person he was waiting for. "I know you hateme but I think we need to work together."

The guy smiled. "As you wish, little brother." They then went to where they thought Hybrid was

 

In a desperate attempt to ditch the shadow she moved to run, but thought for a second as she lurched forward. What if it was a different form of those creatures she'd found before? What if they attacked her? but it was just a shadow that shouldn't be there. When she was younger she'd heard of creatures that could strip a body of flesh in a second. And they could be seen, maybe that was what theses were...

 

They looked around but couldn't find her. "This can't be good..."

"You're always the negative one."

"And you're aways the annoying one."

 

"I'm gonna die... I'm gonna die... I'm gonna die..." She mumbled, now to scared to even move. Tears falling from her red eyes.

 

"Found her..." He said and walked to where she was and went to her. "Are you okay?"

 

´´Found you´´Vincent said and landed on pole close to Hybrid ´´You are weird´´he said ´´I can´t feel any blood in you. What are you?´´

 

"Look..." She whispered hoarsely to Ty. Pointing faintly to the extra-shadow. "I have no idea what it is, what it's doing, why it's there. All I know is it feels like it's draining the life out of me..."

 

He looked at it then at Vincent. "You should get out of here."
