OOC: *Patted* Bwaha..^-^ That's because our school ish silly and likes to shove us to the next years quicker. :p

BIC: "I do so! If Sora could take on the heartless'n all that, I damn well could! If Kairi could defend herself against the Nobodies, then so can I! Stop bein' so...So..Judgemental! Didn't it ever occure to you that appearences can be deceivin'!?" Sparrow's voice raised scoldingly at him, mischievous eyes alight with a dire vengeance. An extremely hurt look appeared on her heart-shaped face, although it was swiftly cast aside in a defensive manner. "...Not like it matters. Although, when the word of the great key-blader gets 'round, I know you'll be sorry..." She watched him dejectedly punch in the code for the safe, a few blinks following as she looked to the shards. So..So beautifull.."..Ain't that just the purdiest thing ya ever did see?"

OOC: hahaha...wait...how old are you?...I'm turning 16 in July...
BIC: Alaric laughed at her. It was funny that she thought she wanted to be a hero. She would change her mind when she found out how hard it is to deal with being one. "Yeah...a dead keyblader. You wouldn't even be able to beat me, even with a keyblade!" He went over to the door and tried opening it. "Locked? Oh great...there is a security system." As he said it he heard an alarm go off. The two were sitting ducks just waiting to be found. Alaric looked at the window, it looked easy to break. Only a fool would jump out...that's exactly what he intended to do. Time to break a leg...literally. He ran over to the window and gave it a swift punch completely shattering the glass, not before getting his hand cut up though. It'll heal soon enough.

OOC: Was fourteen on May 11th. ^-^

BIC: "...A legendary dead key-blader who defeated the organisation! And I could beat you down with my -fists-, boyo. I happen to be skilled in the arts of...Er, eye-guaging..." Was that an..Alarm? Oh for..Damn those buffoons and their paranoia of someone breaking in. Sparrow's brow shot up at the seemingly random action of punching a window- to the point where it actually broke..Oh, those cuts on his fists looked hellish. She bit nervously onto her fingers, wondering..Just what he was planning, as she..Really wasn't willing to jump out a window -quite- yet. "...You coward! You..You spineless...You're gonna kill yourself rather than face up to these guys!? Fine, I'll do it -myself-...!"

OOC: Wait...what grade are you in? 11th(junior)? You're a little young to be in your third year of highschool...you would be a freshman here(9th grade)...or maybe a sophmore(10th)...haha
BIC: He had ignored her previous comment about eye guaging it was probably her only way of fighting. Kind of pathetic really. When she called him a coward...that really got him angry. "Would you rather sit here and get killed for stealing these segments?! You underestimate me. I fell from a building remember? I didn't die." He then pulled out a folded up compact sack from his pocket and hastily stuffed the segments in it. He shoved the sack into Ash's hands. "Hold on tightly." As soon as he said it he picked her up and carried her over to the window. This is going to hurt... Just then someone broke through the door. Alaric glanced back at the man who had broken in. "Just to let you know. I quit. Bye now." He then jumped out of the window still holding on to Ash.

"Yeah, but I'll d-what you doin', no, wait!" Ah, well. Too late..And Sparrow certainly wasn't going to be a nuisance and struggle against him. After all..She got her precious segments, he got his money, which meant he'd skip off to another land and leave this one in ruins...Eyes wide as a small whimper escaped soft lips, Sparrow clung onto that bag as if it was her very life..Well, it was either the bag or Alaric she clung on to. How could...He survive this? He was meant to be human..But if some inhuman fellow couldn't even take on the organisation, then what were the chances of her succeeding..? She'd need to at -least- try, but things were looking..Grim, tosay the least. And what if she had the Restoration Commitee after her as well..? Oh, this boy was turning out to be more trouble than she was!

He had already made a hard landing on the floor. Damn that hurts!...Wait...I didn't feel anything break...that's a good sign. "Ow...I actually didn't break my legs..." He looked down at Ash who was still holding on the segments. She really looked scared and she was gripping his shirt tightly. Maybe I should apologize for putting her through this... "Sorry about that...we should get going. I think you need to come with me. If the committee finds you by yourself...well you know what will happen. Not like you can do anything at the moment." He looked back behind them. There was no chance that they would mistake him for dead. "If you want to be a hero I think I can help you with that too." He said trying to think of a way to make her stay with him. She would get killed on her own and he knew it.

"...You're not human, are you.." She softly questioned, eyes casually flickering up to the tall figure she was rigidly hanging onto. Truth be told, Ash wasn't use to such..Contact with people, and so this just seemed horribly awkward. Her eyes then glanced down towards the bag held tightly against her chest, the poor girl's breath stopped for a moment or two in fright...But things were returning back to normal. "U-Um..If you're...Sure. I guess I could need all the help I can get, right..? Although...Yes! I think I've got enough shards!...Should be easy enough, my Father made them all the time.."

Why would she ask if I'm human? Maybe it's because nobody has heard of someone so young fighting the organization without a keyblade... "Of course I'm human. I'm just really good at what I do. Maybe I'm too good...maybe I'm not human. The first time I fought a member of the organization was when I was 13. I'm lucky to be alive right now." He started thinking. Maybe he wasn't human. How else would he have fought the organization and lived? Or maybe he was a nobody...no...nobodies don't come into this world as children. "Wait a sec? Your father worked with the shards?" He barely remembered that he was still carrying her. He put her down quickly when he noticed that she seemed a bit uncomfortable.

"Mhmm! My father helped with the gun-blade designs!" A proud nod of acknowledgement towards her dear old Dad, having a sudden glint of joy on her expression as she spoke of Jacob Sparrow. The greatest man in existance in her eyes- always would be...Of course, the fact that he had put up such a pathetic fight against Axel always made her cringe. "...Although that Axel guy killed him..My mother too..Garret as well, for knowin' the blue-prints." A vigorous shake of her head as she landed on her feet, sighing dramatically as her gaze settled on him. "Alright, so you're a lil' skilled..I'll give ya that.."

Wait...I think I've heard of his name before...Jacob...Hmmmm... "Oh...I see. What do you mean a little skilled? I should show you how to fight though...maybe when I get my hands on a decent weapon I could at least help you on being a hero. Although it is a big mistake." With that he started walking off. I can't wait to see what I've inherited! I don't care much for money...they used all of it anyways trying to hide the stuff I'm meant to get. "My last payment...took me 5 years but I did it." He looked at the ground noticing his shoes where covered in mud and dirt then looked at Ash's feet, she wasn't even wearing any shoes! He started to feel bad for the girl, all this time he didn't even notice how bad off she really was.

"Five years!? -Ouch-...That's a real long time, y'know..Must've been hell for ya. Buut..What if the thing you're gettin' ain't worth the trouble? I mean, what if it's..It's, I dunno...Could be a pair of socks for all ya know...Then again, even if ya don't get somethin' good, you'll get to see life out-side here, won'tcha? I've been out-side this place before...It's just such a big city...Too bad it's all wrecked, though that just means I'll have to help rebuild it.." Her head bobbed thoughtfully from side to side, fists on hips for a few moments..Before simply beaming a grand smile at him. This boy was more opportunity than she'd originally thought...

"The cheek of ya! Stop assumin' I can't fight...! I can fight, just swell, thank ya very much!"

"Well...actually...I've heard a rumor that I inherited a keyblade. I don't thinks there's any chance in hell I would have gotten one from my parents. Honestly, how would they have gotten one? I could at least inherit something useful though...hopefully." He walked a little faster thinking of what to say to her. "I already know you can't fight so why hide it?" That girl really is stubborn...maybe she inherited that from her parents. Then again maybe it's just her way of ignoring the fact that she can't fight. He looked ahead and started smiling after seeing a building that looked a little out of place in the ruins. It was a little larger than the rest of the broken down building next to it and compared to the rest...it wasn't actually so broken down. What really made it stand out was the fact that it was painted black with a sign in white saying "Transport". "Well...I can see it from here."

Sparrow's eyebrow began twitching once more. Did he seriously believe she couldn't fight, or was he saying this for the sake of it? Suddenly, her head raised snobbily, and the girl took a rather..Calm approach to this. "Hmm...Sweet-heart, I know your desparate for a lil' damsel in distress to act tough infront of and teach you the right way to paint your dolly's nails, but -please-! I think we both know here that you're in denial of my strength." An innocent, nonchalant shrug as she glanced over to the buildling..An eyebrow now quirked. "...Ah, there we are.."

OOC: It's about 9 or 8:30PM over there huh?
BIC: Alaric felt insulted and a bit embarrassed. He gave her a sharp stare and couldn't just had to make a comeback. "This coming from a girl who can't take the pain from a small cut. You can't even lift anything heavier than a sword from the looks of it." He continued to lead her off towards the building. I thought she had stopped bothering me...at least this keeps things interesting.

BIC: "D'awww, Princess...You're forgettin' that I'm not some lil' girl, ain'tcha? Look, I'm flattered that you think I'm so weak'n pathetic, but come -on-! Stop makin' me feel soo..Small, and insignificant." Ash crossed her arms huffily against her chest, falling into a deeply irritated silence. She -despised- being called weak, being treated like some fragile little child in need of rescuing only to fall deeply in love with her saviour. It was simply a pet-hate. She sighed surreptitously, giving a hateful flicker of a glare towards him. "A key-blade..? Hmmm...I wonder if it'll have the same design as- nevermind. I hope you're happy with what-ever ya get.."

OOC: awww...that means your leaving soon...
BIC: Alaric had really started to get annoyed by her attitude. She just didn't want to admit anything. "That's it...I think it's time I shut you up." He already knew how to handle the situation. It wouldn't be that hard getting her to be quiet. Although...it could have the opposite affect of what he wanted. He turned back to her and put his arms around her thin body. Maybe this will keep her quiet for awhile...or it could just make her hate me...well she isn't acting very nice. He quickly then proceeded to kiss her. After a couple seconds he figured that she had enough and let go. "Now will you be quiet and at least try to act nice? I am the only one who's helping you..."

Sparrow was simply stunned into undisturbed silence. She simply stood there, giving this embarrasedly blank look towards him...Well, that was the first time...that had ever happened. Ash constantly switched from pale as milk to bright as crimson, gnawing cautiously on her middle finger some-what like a scolded child. Although, truth be told, the young woman had expected to be slapped..Not -this-. "You jerk! You thoughtless, stupid..." Her bottem lip quivering violently, the now teary-eyed lass crossed her arms in defiance. "You're not tryin' to help me, you're not! You're doin' it all for yourself, not for me!"

Damn it...I might have made things worse. Alaric scratched his head not knowing what to say. "Well...I thought it would make you be quiet. Sorry for trying to help. I gave you your stupid fragments, saved your life at the building, and I'm even thinking about helping you be a hero and for what?" He already had his fists clenched and was starting to think about just leaving her to go get herself killed by the organization. Why do I even bother? What do I gain from helping people? "You're lucky I didn't even double cross you and just left when I had my money. I don't get anything out of helping you other than knowing you have a higher chance of surviving."

"All you've been doing is dragging me down! Tellin' me I'm too small, I'm too weak, I'm too pathetic, that I can't fight...And then you keep doin' -that-, and treatin' me like dirt...Like I'm some useless damn broad only good for what -you- want, that I'm too helpless to follow any dream I might have!" Her feelings poured out hurtfully onto these words, hands trembling violently as she coyly wiped at her eyes, her beaten, scrawny frame wracked with silent sobs as she turned from him, extremely hurt by this...But quite unable to let him see it.

"For years, I thought nobody would ever care, would ever extend a helpin' hand...I thought you were different from them..No, you're just the same!"

I'm not making things any better...why can't I say anything right? "I don't think about you that way. Like it or not I'm your only chance of surviving a fight with the organization. You probably could be a hero but you can't do it alone." Now she's crying. This isn't going well... Alaric walked in front of her so he could see her face to face. "Do you want to know why I've been telling you those things? It's because your not ready to fight them. I had more experience than you and still lost. Several times! Maybe the keyblade is what makes the difference, but just having it won't make you a hero. You have to know how to use it."
