Don't Leave

"Sorry. Force of habit." he said. "They really shouldn't have taught me to use this, since I'm going to be using it against them."

 

She groaned again and slightly fell back. She kept her balance. Her eyes became red and hungry again, and she was about to lose control.
"I need to get out of here," she said softly. ​

 

He picked her up and led her out of the dungeon.

 

Kimberly felt something inside her grow intense. She groaned again and shook her head, breathing slowly. ​

 

"I'm taking you back to your house in the woods." he said, making his way there.

 

She nodded, shutting her eyes and breathing slowly. Blood was all it took for her to become ravenous.
"You don't really understand the rules do you?" she asked, a little breathless.
"The fresh blood, has a chemical in them, that makes me ravenous. The prepared blood, has the chemical out," she explained

 

"You're right, I don't understand." he said. "Does that mean you need fresh blood or something?"

 

"Milady, may I offer you this lovely dead squirrel. It should last you till you get back to your house. I had two but..." His golden eyes twinkled mischievously.

 

"No!" she said immediately. Just thinking of fresh blood made her stomach ache.
"Oh gosh no. That chemical will make me so sick," she said. ​

 

"You mean this?"

He revealed a bottle of liquid from behind his back. He wiggled it then put it safely inside his pocket.

"I took the liberty of removing it myself."

 

She groaned.
"I'd rather not... " she said rubbing her head from the sickness of the aroma of the fresh blood from those guards... ​

 

"Well then lets get you back to your house as soon as possible" he said.

 

Vaahg frowned.

"Fine."

He turned swiftly and walked out the door.

 

Kimberly smiled.
"Thank you," she said. ​

 

"No problem." he said, running up to her front door.

 

He raised his hand.

"No Problem."

He was out the door and down the street. Suddenly the sun came out and hit his skin, making it glitter fiercely. He flipped his hood up and jammed his hands into his pockets.

 

Kimberly shut her eyes tightly, feeling some sort of rush in her system.
"Put me down.. now," she groaned. ​

 

He set her down on her feet and opened the door.

 

Kimberly ran into the house and headed straight for the restroom. She already felt sick. Bobby had even smelled of the same scent. Probably where he was so close. She held her hair back out of her face and tried to clear her thoughts before getting even sicker. She slammed the door locking it.

Jake ran downstairs hearing a slammed door. He saw Bobby.
"Hey, where's Kimmy?" he asked.

"In the bathroom."

Vaahg stepped forward and held out his hand.

"I'm Vaahg, your friendly neighborhood vampire."
