I think the age limit should be 13. No seriously.

    Or not.

Even with this staff revamp, KHV doesn't really have that many good/competent people who'd volunteer to replace the current inactive/shitty ones. Or so I imagine, anyway.

*looks at thread* Some staff has been lazy. Others inactive. Threads are constantly spammed horribly. Although the admins do a crap load of work. I think...@-@

I was going to apply but I definitely don't have the experience for that

Well anything I wanted to say has already been said.

    CtR is great

RvR...well I just found out that meant Condemned Memoir who, until last week, I thought was a girl....but he does a great job, too. Although when I first joined, I barely saw his activity.

Repliku was my favorite until his disappearance into the great abyss we call real life.

Mike is also another one of my favorites, he keeps me up to date with the news, and he's from New York as well! (if I remember correctly)

I don't see Misty as much as the others since I don't frequent the Graphic Shop, but from what I've heard, she's a keeper.

The coders? I'll go by everyone's word and say they do a good job.

Some of the others, I've seen SOME activity from them, but the majority? They don't do ****.

Of course, I'm pretty much new to the site since I didn't start posting frequently until late last year, so what do I know?

Here's my analysis of this *puts on smart guy glasses*

Granted, I'm not as active as some of the people on this site, I do try to get online at least once a day. I see CtR on here quite frequently. And whenever someone has a problem, chances are they go straight to her and she deals with it. She's amazing.

CM, I don't really know him, but I do occasionally see him online. Since he's a hardcore techie here, he deserves a shitload of respect. Think of this place like a stage performance. We're all the performers and he's the guy that gets everything set up and keeps it running so it's an enjoyable show. Just because he's not online doesn't mean he's not working.

For DP, I haven't seen her in a while, but from what I've read and heard, she's not gonna be on until after she's done with school for the year. She does her job and does it pretty good.

Darky is probably one of my favorites. Online consistently and has an unbiased opinion on dumbasses and their obvious mental deficincies.

O R A N G E is never online. For whatever that reason is, some notice should have been given. If it was, I apologize for not being up to date. But since they're not active, take them off the staff.

Repliku was an amazing person and staff member. He always had a deep level of care and interest in each of his posts and always had sympathy when he was helping someone in the Help With Life thread. That takes commitment and an amazing soul to actually give a rat's ass about anyone but yourself each time you talk to someone. I know he's busy with college and work. Damn you real life! But, I think if he's considered for being un-staffed, then he should be contacted first in case he comes back.

Mike. Probably one of the most important, I'd say. Yes, people need the site running(Condemned Memoir) and to keep it clean and free of the pure bullshit that is modern society(all the other mods and such), but think about it. Granted, there are a lot of open threads here about life and current events but it's still a forum for KINGDOM HEARTS! He takes the time out of his personal life to surf the internet and find any new relevant information about the series. Not only that, but I think he translates some of it? Not sure, someone confirm that and get back to me. And to be able to go through all the fake crap to find the truth. Just like a real reporter. He keeps the public informed on the expansion of the series which is what draws new people to the site.

As for the coders. When I first started here, I spent my time in the code vault asking noob questions and such. And the coders willingly helped without being pricks about it. AntiWeapon is semi-active from what I've seen lately. I haven't seen the others around lately, except the one with the Gir avatar(sorry, I'm really bad with names). But they're coders. Their work is OUTSIDE of the site and then they post something interesting INSIDE it. And we have like, 5 coders. All in different time zones. But they still keep the new codes coming when they can. I think they're fine.

Also to add, not every member is in the same time zone as you guys. Just because you don't see someone online doesn't mean they don't come on. They might be on the other side of the globe, which could be a full day or just 12 hours or whatever. Anyway, that's my thoughts. Granted, I only named a few staff members. I named the ones who actually do **** around here, aside from the ones I said don't...yeah...[/end rant]
