Adam read what Kai wrote in response and thought about it before he replied, "Well... when I was there he wasn't talking although he was conscious. He seemed fine. There was a girl there that said she was the one you two dodged with your car. Ahranna I think is what she said her name was."​

Adam was interrupted by a ring that made him jump for a minute and he pulled it out and saw the number and looked over at Kai, "Sorry, it's Cora. We got her to join. By a miracle... Henrik wasn't making it much better... I should answer this." Adam pressed the answer button and lifted it up to his head and spoke quietly into the phone, "Hello?"​

Hello, Adam. Iz Cora. I, Henrik, and Iriz are ready to go. Vhere vill ve meet you?​

​

"We need to wait for the group in Taupo to get here, they aren't here yet. If you still want to wait for a while. Don't be in a rush... we also still have Kai and Brandon in the hospital."​

​

Ah, zat's right. Ve vill vait at my place then. How are they? Your friends?​

​

Adam looked up at Kai and then spoke, "They're still hurting. But they are all right."​

​

Mm... I vish them good health. You need anything? I run errands for you and friends if you like?​

​

Adam lowered the phone so he wasn't speaking directly into Cora's ear, "She wishes you good health, and wonders if you need anything or want anything?"​

Lauren was still rubbing her hand before she heard someone say, "Lauren, what happened? What did the door do to you?"​

​

Lauren looked over to the source of the speaking, who was Elsie and spoke, "The door did nothing wrong, mate." She looked down at the sketch pad and then looked back over at Elsie and took her other hand and lightly punched her. She looked back at the door and the sketch pad, then looked back at Elsie and spoke, "I need to punch something."​

​

Lauren used the same hand from before and punched the door again harder and winced horribly before she punched it one more time. She grabbed her hand and leaned back and spoke, "It has to be a wall or a person. I don't think you wanna be punched."​

DAY: 54 - 3/5 | DATE: November 14th, 2013 [Thursday] | LOCATION: Forest in Stanley, New Zealand

The new guy held his pendant between his fingers as he got to his feet. He dusted himself off before holding out a hand to help Sam stand up. "OUR POWERS ARE A GIFT, NOT A BURDEN. YOU JUST HAVE TO LOOK AT THEM THAT WAY." As he held out his hand, his fingers spread, golden flames appearing from them. "FIRE IS DEADLY WHEN MANAGED IMPROPERLY, BUT IT CAN ALSO BE A TOOL. PEOPLE GATHER AROUND FIRES FOR SHELTER. THEY USE IT TO CAUTERIZE THEIR WOUNDS. IT LOOKS LIKE YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE SO A TIME OR TWO." He pointed to a few of the scars that littered Sam's body. "IT GUIDES US -- GIVES A LIGHT. YOU JUST HAVE TO LOOK AT IT WITH A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE THAN YOU ARE USED TO."

After a length of silence passed between them, the man with the pale hair started to grit his teeth in pain. Something was going on and he had no idea what it was. His flames went out as he stared at his pendant. The man whispered something and his pendant took the shape of a mirror. Whatever he saw in its reflective surface must've really sent a shiver down his spine. His face read of pure disgust. The mirror returned to its pendant form as he looked up to meet the muscular man's gaze. Guilt was clear to see in his eyes as he held his wrist in agony.

When the pain seemingly stopped, he straightened himself out and forced a smile. "WHERE WERE WE?" Golden flames returned to his hand as an oddly familiar look crept across the stranger's face. "RIGHT. CONTROL. YOU HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO CHANNEL YOUR FLAMES IN A POSITIVE WAY, AND THEN YOU'LL BE ABLE TO DO THAT WITH THE REST OF YOUR POWERS. THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE FUELED BY AGGRESSION. I'M PRETTY SURE A CERTAIN FALLEN HAS TOLD YOU BEFORE THAT YOU CAN USE DESTRUCTION IN A CONSTRUCTIVE WAY."

The words echoed in his mind as his lips curled into a faint smile. "Yeah, so I've been told." He held up one of his bloodied fists and let it be engulfed by deep crimson flames. The Flames of Destruction quickly seared the cuts on his knuckles shut as they burned. His open hand that hung at his side caught fire as well, doing the same thing. "But you see, I can't really think of anything constructive to do with this. Other than blow shit up and burning things, I can't really think of much else that's positive in any way." The smile that was once there disappeared.

Memories of how he used his power played in his head. Most of those times, he ended up using them to maim or destroy something. He had cauterized one of his wounds before, but that was the only time he'd used it that way. He opened his closed fist as fire gathered into a ball over his palm. "Well, what do we do now?" There was no point in asking him what was going on before. The only thing that he wanted to focus on was what was happening right then and there.​

"Oh..." Elsie watched as Lauren punched the door again and again. Maybe it was to relieve some pent up anger inside. At least the girl was considerate enough to not punch her. The door was probably crying from the blows it received, and Elsie knew that she would probably be bawling or screaming if Lauren decided to pound her. She decided it would probably be best to leave Lauren alone at the moment and let her run her rampage on the poor car door. She didn't know if words would soothe her or not. Then again, she doubted herself talking to Will ever again and looked what happened. "You like to draw?" Elsie asked, nodding her head to the sketchbook in Lauren's lap. She wasn't going to be nosy and ask why she decided to punch things. Elsie figured she would know Lauren in due time just like everyone else she met. ​

"You like to draw? "​

​

"No." Lauren turned her head back over towards Elsie and smiled and switched around saying, "I draw to oscillate. Makes me feel better, but I don't like to draw..." She punched the door again a couple more times and saw as her knuckles had become bloody.​

After rubbing her hand for a minute Lauren decided to start punching with her other hand, she was upset because the angle was awkward, but she continued anyway before she stopped and spoke, "Oh right... this is a rental." she started at part of the plastic on the door that was now broken and whispered, "Oops..."​

​

Lauren opened up her little bag and wrapped her fingers up in duct tape and then grabbed bandages and tried to fix the door.​

Hana sat there with Sal, Vincent, and Alice. Leon had left. Hay Sun had wandered off to call Jun Tae and then Sam just dipped out to blow off steam. She was glad to see Sal and Vincent again, but with everything going on, she really just wanted to check on Hay Sun and Sam. They were her priority at the moment. The pair of them had been the most affected by her death. She didn't even have time to process what had occurred at the Crossroads. She put a hand down on Vincent's knee and gave him a pat before rising to her feet. She smiled sadly at the man and blew a stray lock of hair out of her face. ❝ You shouldn't worry about Samuel's permission so much. He's not the boss of me and if you touch me anywhere inappropriate, I can deal with you without his help. ❞ She gave him a wink and a kiss on the cheek. ❝ Thank you Vincent, for helping me. ❞ Hana glanced over to Sal and Alice, then back to Vincent. ❝ I'm going to go find Hay Sun. ❞ When it looked like the healer might protest, she held up a hand to stop him. ❝ I'll rest soon enough.❞​

She stumbled into the trees with one hand on her waist. Hana pressed her hand against the trunk and leaned forward to throw up. She wiped her mouth on the back of her sleeve and walked forward, breathing heavy. Hana just wanted to find Hay Sun. Her friend looked terrible and utterly broken. That was no way to leave her.​

​

She saw the crater first, followed by the head of black hair sticking out of it. Hana stumbled forward at a faster pace and fell to her knees at the edge of the crater. She swung her legs over the edge and and slid down into the strange liquid. There were traces of magic in the crater -- old magic. ❝ Hay Sun. ❞ The girl was covered in blood and it was like part of Hana broke at the sight of her. She wrapped her arms the Korean girl from behind and pulled her into her chest. ❝ Hay Sun, ❞ she said again. It was dangerous to approach Uriel from behind like this, especially when his host looked so off, but Hana couldn't help herself. From over Hay Sun's shoulder, she could see the hand and her blue eyes widened. ❝ Your hand ... ❞ That was unfortunate. She had apparently missed a lot more than she imagined in the time she was gone.​

​

Hana stroked Hay Sun's hair and reached for her new hand. She held it gingerly between her fingers and pressed her lips together. Hana ran her thumb over it. The contact was so cold it burned her fingertips, but she fought through the pain. ❝ Hay Sun, you can talk to me. You don't have to, but you really look like you could use someone to talk to and I like to think of us as friends. ❞ She dropped the Asian's hand and gave her a light jab to the chin, matching her blue - eyed gaze.​

​

 

Richard woke up to see Maalik's figure right in front of him. Not moving an inch from his position he felt that something was...off. Or rather, something was on. There were a lot of things on him. Kind of stacked as well. Richard knew that someone had done this to him and...didn't really care at all about it. Instead he was fully willing to go back to sleep before he remembered that Maalik was literally right in front of him...so that was completely out of the option at this point. "And this is why sleeping twenty-four-seven is a bad idea. Well, there are other reasons, but you just seem to ignore those anyway."

Richard did not feel like dealing with Maalik's usual contempt towards him and just wanted to get whatever he had in store for him to be over with. 'Is there something you wanted or are you just going to berate me some more?'

Maalik sighed a bit before continuing on with Richard. "Of course there's a reason I'm here. Would've thought you'd be able to put that much together by now, but whatever. You're going to train with me today, no questions asked." Richard felt like he had no say in the matter whatsoever and figured that he might as well go along when Maalik said, "but first. Get that **** off of you using your powers."

'You want me to burn this off?'

Maalik let out one more sigh of disdain towards Richard before saying, "so I guess you don't have much scope on your powers if that's all you can think of to do. Listen, your powers are over hellfire. This includes hellfire mist. With this mist, you can make it form into something more physical and grab or push or slam or whatever with it. So do that, get all of the junk off of you and get going." Reluctantly, Richard had the mist start to flow off of him until it pushed all of the miscellaneous things off of him. With that done, Richard followed Maalik upstairs where they would begin some form of training.

SAM[/url] SEEMED TO SMILE AT THAT COMMENT. "Yeah, so I've been told."​

LEON NODDED ONCE. "GOOD. THEN WE ARE ON THE SAME PAGE."​

FLAMES ENCOMPASSED SAM'S HANDS AS HE STARTED TO HEAL HIMSELF. HE MAY NOT HAVE WANTED TO BELIEVE IT, BUT THAT WAS A START. "But you see I can't think of anything constructive to do with this. Other than blow sit up or burn things, I can't really think of much else that's positive in any way." HE CLOSED HIS FIST AND FIRE GATHERED IN HIS HAND. "Well, what do we do now?"​

LEON THOUGHT FOR A MINUTE BEFORE POINTING AT THE FIRE IN SAM'S HAND. "PUT OUT YOUR FLAMES." HIS FINGER MOVED TO THE GROUND. "START A FIRE ON YOUR OWN. IF YOU CHEAT I'LL KNOW -- NO LIGHTERS, NO MATCHES, NO POWERS. YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO CHANNEL YOUR ENERGY INTO CREATING THINGS. WE DEPEND ON OUR ABILITIES LIKE THEY ARE AN EXTENSION OF OUR BODY; ONE OF OUR LI --" HIS THOUGHTS IMMEDIATELY FLASHED BACK TO HAY SUN AND HE HAD TO SHAKE IT OFF. "--LIMBS. YOU NEED TO TRY AS IF YOU WERE NOT A FIRE USER. IF YOU GET FRUSTRATED OR HOTHEADED YOU FAIL. YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR COOL."​

Hay Sun was too gripped by her new hand to keep track of her surroundings, and it would have been easy for someone – Sam – to catch her off guard and attack her. It was hard to really determine whether or not it could really feel anything. She thought to try a few things like pinching or flicking it, but there would only be a strange tingling sensation like someone might have cracked an egg on where she made contact.

Outside noises were muffled, so when hands wrapped around her from the back, she immediately flared up and it was like her new hand was a loaded faulty gun, ready to explode on her enemy. When she could finally tell she wasn't in danger, she originally thought it was Leon, finally come to check on her. He'd probably completely freak out at the sight of her hand, she thought bitterly, and blame himself for it all, even though she had been the dumbass to penetrate his safe barrier back in Paris.

Xathanael is extremely bold today. Uriel commented faintly. I would suggest taking care of that before I blow her from this world. You wouldn't want that after going to all the trouble of saving her, would you?

The threats sounded like the Uriel that she was truly familiar with, and it brought her a sense of comfort, but Hay Sun thought he might have been aiming for that.

❝Your hand . . .❞ Hana tried, stating the complete obvious.

❝Don't.❞ Hay Sun murmured weakly, evening her voice out as much as possible. She tried not to give into the temptation of leaning into the comforting hold she was in. ❝I'm okay. I'm alive.❞ Maybe Jun Tae's words did hold some weight to them that she could lean on. If she looked at it from a . . . new perspective, she was completely lucky that she still had ( some semblance of ) a hand at all.

Uriel was right; Hana was feeling very handsy today, and it bothered Hay Sun because she knew she was still being treated like a china doll who was already cracked as it was. Her eyes dulled as the redhead grabbed her fresh hand and ran her thumb over the sophisticated emboss and engraves. She wondered if the hand only burned to Hay Sun, but by the look on Hana's face, it seemed that wasn't so.

❝Hay Sun, you can talk to me. You don't have to, but you really look like you could use someone to talk to and I like to think of us as friends.❞ Hana lifted her chin and she couldn't look her back in the eyes.

❝Friends, huh?❞ she muttered, running her human hand through her sticky, disheveled hair. ❝I don't need to talk to anyone.❞ she said, trying to sound sincere are she could. ❝It's just been stressful for the last week.❞ Or last month and a half, since things started going to shit.

❝I've been a delinquent all my life.❞ she said tiredly. ❝I've put tons of other people in the hospital. This is . . . This life is nothing. I've always been in danger because of the way I treat other people. Now, the stakes are a little higher, that's all. Instead of risking the emergency room, I'm risking my grave.❞ she quietly explained, shuffling to a cleaner side of the crater and sitting.

Hay Sun lifted her hand to flex it in front of her face a few times. ❝You're kind of an idiot, aren't you?❞ she asked, standing again. ❝You shouldn't be up and walking around, you're just making yourself worse.❞

Pulling together all of her strength ( not like she used much of it today ), she handled Hana gingerly and pulled her up onto her back, even though Hay Sun was the shorter of the two of them. She concentrated on not letting her new hand burn the other girl as she began to scale out of the small crater. As she started walking back in the general direction of their group, she tried not to smile, even just a little.

Hana was kind of like her mom, she thought.

❝We need to get out of this forest and find a place to stay for the night. Jun Tae and the others will be coming as soon as they can. He says he wants to go to Brazil, but he was thinking of going alone.❞​

A putrid smell fills the hall and the air becomes thick with smoke.​

The smoke appears to be rising from the basement and the wails of agony​

and cries of help waft up with the flames as the hundreds of captive​

monsters try to save themselves from burning alive.​

The two walked out of the weapon room, grabbing what captured their fancy, but the sudden smoke that began to fill the halls were instantly caught and Alistair closed his eyes "Damn...so much death today..." Alistair muttered as he took a step forward and glanced over at the source of the smoke. He rose his eyebrow and stared over at it, quite curious about it. It was either the work of Temeluchas or Beelzebub...and Alistair could practically tell who it was most likely.

"Your a fool, Grey" Regulus said closing his eyes calmly. Alistair looked at him in confusion and the reaction was something Regulus predicted "You wish to go check it out...despite the danger your in..." Regulus said crossing his arms as he reopened his eyes and stared at Alistair. "You are always like this...but it will be amusing..." Regulus said snapping his fingers as a masked demon made his appearance . "Take him along with you...it will be quite fun to watch..." Regulus said. There was nothing more the man could really say or do. He merely walked off hoping to see the best outcome in this little game of fate.

Alistair merely scoffed but grinned as he closed his eyes. "didn't ask for your help but whatever..." Alistair said shrugging his shoulders as he turned towards the basement. Running around in fear was just not his thing. He knew to get the **** out of there if it was needed, but for now he would at least see what would go on. Clenching the sheathed sword in his hand, Alistair head towards the basement along with the masked demon following in tow. The two remained sneaky, but he knew that would probably be all for naught. he didn't know the extent of Beelzebub and Lu was just too dangerous. Regardless he searched around looking to see what was going on.

Hana followed after her and took a seat in the curve of the crater beside the French - Korean. She folded her hands together and pulled her knees up to her chest. ❝ This isn't the same, Hay Sun. This life wasn't brought on you because you're a delinquent. It's because you're special and it seems like you doubt that. ❞ She looked off in the other direction, wondering if Sam was just as beat up right now as Hay Sun was. Everyone seemed to have broken while she was gone and it weighed heavily on her soul. Just what happened to them?​

Hay Sun lifted her hand to flex it in front of her face a few times. ❝ You're kind of an idiot, aren't you? ❞ she asked, standing again.​

She whipped her head around and looked up at the girl with her lips pursed. ❝ Excuse me? ❞​

❝ You shouldn't be up and walking around, you're just making yourself worse. ❞​

❝ Oh, that. It's fine. ❞ She was actually feeling all right for the time being. Hay Sun helped Hana to her feet and gingerly pulled Hana onto her back. This was unnecessary. She could walk just fine and the other girl was so much smaller than her. Memories of Rome came flashing back and her face flushed at the thought. Hay Sun began to scale out of the small crater. She walked the both of them back and Hana sighed in defeat. They would all be babying her for awhile and that just wouldn't do, not when they were hurting as well.​

Hana's body tensed on Hay Sun's back. ❝ What?" she snapped. Panic bubbled up inside of her and she struggled against Hay Sun's grip to get down. Her heart started to race and her blue eyes shifted nervously. ❝ He can't do that -- alone or with anyone else. ❞ She managed to free herself and let her feet touch the ground. They carried her back in the direction of the camp they had been staying at, but her nerves did not settle. ❝ I need to talk to him right away. He gave you that phone, right? ❞ Hana raised a curious brow, remembering the one Hay Sun had held up earlier. ❝ When we find somewhere to stay, I need to call him immediately. ❞ She muttered something about Raziel being stupid as ever and was surprised to find that they had reached the camp already.​

​

She glanced around to see that it was just as she had left it. ❝ Looks like Sam and Ariel aren't back yet. Should we wait or go look for them? ❞​

LEO had spent the vast majority of his morning talking to his idol friends from BIKS. He didn't know what the deal was for the last few days since he had been talking to them more than he had in the last half-year. If they thought anything was strange about it, they didn't say anything. Maybe he was . . . just a little lonely.

His eyes watched the chat go by.

The chat continued to go on even after Leo slipped the phone into his pocket. A smile lingered around his lips as he imagined six grown men, most all of them in the same dorm-apartment, chatting on laptops and mobile devices. Dorks.

After closing up shop with the hotel and paying the bill, Leo walked outside to see their rental car with a dent in the door, and a guilty Lauren sitting on the other side of it. He sighed.

⎧Oh right, this is a rental . . .⎭

⎧And you're lucky that I don't make you pay for it.⎭ he replied shortly, finally having made his way over to her. He quickly helped her mend it, and then hopped into the driver seat. He gauged the rest of the group and then with a short nod of approval, he logged directions to Southern New Zealand and began to drive, knowing it was going to be . . . a long trip.​

Kai scrunched up his face in thought. He barely remembered the girl, just a techni - colored head of hair. It was all so fast and trying to remember physically hurt his head. The steady beeping of the heart monitor peaked and he sighed. He shook his head and clenched the dry erase marker in his hand.​

There was a ringing and Adam jumped up to pull his phone out. He glanced down at the number before looking back up at Kai, ‷ Sorry, it's Cora. We got her to join. By a miracle... Henrik wasn't making it much better... I should answer this. ‴ Adam pressed the answer button lifting it up to his head, and spoke quietly into the phone, ‷ Hello? ‴ Well at least they managed to recruit Cora and their efforts hadn't been for naught.​

Kai glanced back up at the television and half listened to Adam's side of the phone call. He wasn't really interested in what they had to say to one another, but his ears were open in case any of it was important. ‷ We need to wait for the group in Taupo to get here, they aren't here yet. If you still want to wait for a while. Don't be in a rush... we also still have Kai and Brandon in the hospital. ‴ They weren't back from Taupo yet? What was taking so long? His chin dipped forward and he started to write on the whiteboard. Adam looked up at Kai and then spoke, ‷ They're still hurting. But they are all right. ‴ He nodded while finishing up. Adam lowered the phone so he wasn't speaking directly into Cora's ear, ‷ She wishes you good health, and wonders if you need anything or want anything? ‴​

He glanced up at Adam and shook his head no before showing him the board. There wasn't anything he could need or want at this current point in time and he wasn't a fan of asking some stranger to run around for him. His side ached and he bit down on his lip through the pain.​

Smoke was thick and everywhere. The flames burned bright. The demons trapped in the cells were on fire and trying to break free, to no avail. Beelzebub was restrained and fighting against it. No one could stop her. It was already beginning. Fire danced in her good eye and she turned with a wicked smile on her face. The beast was engulfed in flames and thin wire wrapped around its ankles, wrists, and throat. If it struggled too much, off went the limb. That was okay. Beelzebub would burn anyway. They would all burn.​

She walked out of the demon's filth covered room and into the cell blocks. A head of red hair caught her immediate attention like a bull. Her crazed smile grew wider and she walked silently forward. With each step, more flames exploded up. Lu came upon Alistair from behind, wrapping her arms affectionately around his neck. She leaned in close, pressing her lips to his ear and whispered, "Alissssstaaaaair. How wonderful of you to join me Pet."​

All his sneaking and shadowing were all for naught, but it was hardly a surprise for him. It had seemed he had been overestimating Beelzebub a quite deal, or maybe he was underestimating his mistress, either way the scene was something that he was ready for and made the trip far more interesting than he thought. His initial thoughts about the culprit were spelled out for him and he would be a fool not to believe it was her.

He felt her grasp around his neck and his eyes closed calmly as a small soft smile crept across his face. The smile that he always gave the girl, the mocking and scornful one was not present in the slightest. It held a calm sense, despite all the disaster and chaos that was all going around him. The death that was occurring around him was maddening, but he was able to keep a calm.

"Yeah...I am your pet after all...and a pet must please his master..." Alistair said calmly. Despite knowing that he would come across Temeluchas he still came regardless. He needed to settle this, he didn't wish to hide away from the woman. He himself admit that he was being quite the ass, but if he wished to live on, he needed to fulfil the role given to him. It would be dull and boring for him, but who knew what the possibilities would lead just thinking about it made him quite interested. From here on out it was either death or life...

Adam read what Kai wrote on the board and held up his finger to signal for one second as he responded to Cora, "No, we are all set. Thank you though."​

"Alright, goodbye." Adam hung up the phone and shook his head as he looked up at Kai, "I have no idea. So far this is the first time I have seen a recruitments take more that a day... mine doesn't count..." Adam mumbled the ending part in, he wasn't sure if anyone had told Kai about Adam's beginnings and he sure as hell didn't want to start then.​

Adam took a breath and spoke, "I could try and call Jun Tae to see what is up there. Do you want an update on what's going on there?"​

She cocked her head to the side and slid around to the front of him, her arms still around his neck. Temeluchas looked up at Alistair curiously, with an amused grin on her face. "Are you feeling okay? You sound a little off."​

His golden eyes opened up and stared down at her, his smile never changing. "Well, I did have fun playing around with you, but I am willing to put that aside...I've grown tired of our senseless squabbles so I've decided to be the good little pet you wanted... and who knows... maybe it will bring forth much more fun..." he said.​

Her brows knit together in confusion and a hint of annoyance. "And what reason would I have to believe you Alistair Grey? You have done nothing to help me so far." She ran a nail down from his neck to the center of his chest and dug it in slightly. "You have been the kind of pet humans would put down. How fortunate you've been..." She looked deep in thought as she dropped her gaze to her fingertip.​

She didn't believe his words, which was quite reasonable. He had to admit that the girl was far too generous even though she was under the orders of Lucifer to keep him alive. TO be fully honest Alistair was quite surprised that Telemachus was even listening to him at all, let alone give him the chance to speak. Making her believe his words was going to be difficult as she was someone that could be set of with merely one wrong word. He had to be careful otherwise he would die.

Her nail ran down from his neck and down to his chest, stabbing deeper upon reaching the mid chest. It was odd, all those times he would laugh, but now all of a sudden it was nothing but pain. He didn't look down at her, he didn't scorn her, so maybe the joy of having her pathetically slash him was now gone. It was boring and he would have to confront Azrael about it later on...damn angel of death....

He closed his eyes and gritted his teeth, but he endured and opened his eyes once more and stared down at Lu's blue eyes. "This is true...and I to be honest I really can't prove my worth right now...but do note...even at the risk of death, even after having endured your wrath and been revived...I still chose to come here to speak to you....foolish? yes...but it just means I am fully prepared to serve my mistress" Alistair said said calmly.

He was actually feeling the pain of her nails, not just laughing it off. "Is that so?" she asked almost bored. Her voice was flat and she cut through the fabric of his jacket and shirt. At the small section of exposed skin on his chest, she made a slice and wiped at the blood with her fingertip. "You've gained a lot of scars since Danel first spoke to you. Many of these are because of me." She licked the blood off of her finger and looked to Alistair through her bangs. "You're fully prepared to serve me, hm?" she mused aloud. "You were brought here to serve the Morning Star, not me. Would you still serve me if my intentions have changed from his? He's the one that keeps you alive, not I." Lu wanted everyone destroyed, possibly Lucifer as well.​

His eyes narrowed as his smile widened a bit. "You've always interested me Temeluchas. I've never truly cared for Lucifer's objectives nor had any interest in him....indeed...though I may have been disobedient, it was always because of you that I stuck around the Dark Angels..." Alistair said.​

"You are either incredibly brave, or incredibly stupid for coming down here." she noted. The basement was in chaos and the smoke would cloud his lungs. Not to mention, she was there. "Tell me something Alistair," she started dully, "do you think I'm pretty?" Her face and arm were exposed. Lu cocked her head to the side and her hair fell out of the way. She looked at him expectantly. Perhaps there was a chance to start over with the Angel of Death.​
