I think Axel would win. He has his fire arena + his fire does insane damage on Demyx, like shown in KH2FM.
Yeah, it does. Works very well. It quickly interrupts his moves (when he's not invincible during that time) and also counters his attacks. Yeah, and thunder works too.

This is a very vague question. If I were around the man, it would depend on my impressions on him and what time of day it was. Like if it was day time and he was an office man I'd help him. If it was sun-down and he was a thug, I wouldn't.

Well... When he does his little attack when he rides around on his weapon, use Guard or Dodgeroll to counter. I suggest Dodge Roll. When he uses his attack where he tries to stun you (can often times kill you instantly), just reflect it all away. If he tries doing that one attack where he does the Sonic-like attack (only mid-air), just dodge roll, guard, then dodge roll again. Or guard the whole thing--totally up to you. If he tries putting the spell on you reflect it. If he tries launching that huge energy ball at you, dodge roll into it, you won't get damaged, for some reason. If he tries owning you with his uber hard to dodge attack at the end (which he whores), glide away for the first two waves of it, then on the last just guard it all/reflect it all. Dunno the attack names, so bear with me. >.>
