Kairi smirked at Roxas and didn't hesitate walking toward him, motioning with her hand for him to come to her. "Come here, Roxas," she said, and she wanted to laugh when she saw the blond's eyes widen. Roxas shook his head and backed up, putting his hands out in front of him and waving them. "Nuh uh. No way," he said, laughing nervously. He saw that Kairi was still moving in his direction and he tilted his head to the side. "So...how about that truce?" "Too late!" Kairi cried, bending and picking up snow quickly before chucking it at Roxas. She didn't hesitate scooping up more and continuing the assault. She fought the urge to laugh as Roxas ducked and tried to dodge the attacks. There was no point; he was going down.

"Roxas!" Kairi called, half-scolding and half-whining. She brought a hand up and brushed the snow away from her neck and out of her hair, looking up at him as he laughed at her. Roxas had a hand on his stomach as he laughed, but once he saw the look in Kairi's eyes, his laughter began to fade. Yep. He was in for it.

Kairi ducked away from the snowball, but what she didn't know was that Roxas had grabbed another one and threw it right after the other. She barely had time to see it when she stood up straight again, the girl turning quickly to try and dodge the snow. However, it hit her shoulder and she immediately felt the coldness in her hair and on her neck. Roxas laughed from where he stood a few yards away, not paying attention to the people that walked by and smiled at the four teens' playful banter and war. For once, Roxas wasn't thinking about anything; he was just having fun. That was something he was grateful for.
Haha. The Office. :3 I just chilled; ate some good food, played with the kitty (:3), and watched some Secret Life. =)
Kairi felt the snowball impact her lower leg, hitting the top of her boots. She bent down and turned around quickly once she had some snow in her hands, chucking it as Roxas. She wasn't going to show him any mercy. He wanted a fight? She was going to give him one. Roxas lifted a hand in time to block the snow from hitting his face. However, it shattered against his hand and fell into pieces, so Kairi's attempt to hit him hadn't gone to waste. Regardless, the boy grabbed some more snow and threw it toward the redhead. "Take that!" he cried, his voice showing some humor.
Whatcha been up to?
Roxas shrugged off his coat quickly and wasn't surprised to see a glob of snow fall to the ground. Holding it in his hand, he lifted his other hand to the collar of his long-sleeved shirt, lifting it and shaking it a little to get the rest of the snow off the back of his shirt. He shivered, both because of his wet back and the fact that his coat was off. "Kairi!" Roxas called, his voice representing a tone of warning as he lifted his eyes to her, his features showing that she was in trouble and that even if she did put snow down his back, just like the year before, he was still having fun. Kairi giggled nervously, the girl beginning to back up as Roxas gave her the evil eye. "Uh, truce?" she said. However, she didn't think she was going to get out of it that easily, and she was right. Roxas slipped his coat back on and smirked as he tugged at it. "You wish!" He heard Kairi shriek as he ran after her, at the same time bending down and grabbing snow. He rolled it into a ball and then chucked the snowball at Kairi, the boy seeking revenge.

Roxas smiled slightly and then saw that instead of going for him, Sora was attacking Namine instead. Okay, fine. He had an idea of his own. "Oh, Kairi," he sang, turning his head to look across his shoulder at the girl. He blinked in shock, though, when she wasn't there. "Huh?" "Ha!" Kairi cried, running up behind Roxas and stuffing snow down the back of his coat. She heard him cry out and watched him squirm but couldn't help laughing, backing up a few steps. This was too fun.

Roxas felt yet another snowball hit him in the back of the head, his eyes squeezing shut from the force of the throw. He turned around and knew that it came from Sora, seeing that Namine was facing the brunet anyway. The blond boy fisted his hands and sighed. "Quit picking on me, you guys!" he mock-whined, hearing Kairi giggle once he was finished.

Kairi took a few quick steps forward for momentum, the girl pulling her arm back and then throwing the snowball at Roxas. Roxas felt something cold immediately impact the back of his neck, making him shrug and freeze up. He whirled around and saw the redhead looking guilty. "Kairi..." he said, his tone one of warning. Kairi bit her lip to hide her grin, but she didn't think it worked too well. She chuckled slightly, nervous by the look on Roxas's face. "Uh...it slipped?" she tried, and she saw Roxas give her a look that said what he hadn't spoken himself: You're kidding me, right?

Roxas saw what happened, but didn't hesitate taking this opportunity. He chucked his snowball in Sora's direction, laughter beginning to leave his lips at what had just occurred. He felt bad that Namine had been mistaken for him, but it was funny. Kairi looked up when she heard Namine yelp, Roxas's laughter then entering her ears. She scooped snow into her hands and balled it up to make the snowball before straightening. Roxas thought that was funny, huh? Well he was in for a surprise himself, the blond's back to her.
Ah, I see... Okay. Yeah, I understand. But they would still end up with the sorceress in the end, right? Otherwise, Roxas wouldn't be able to...
Kairi saw Namine rise to her feet out of the corner of her eye and she turned her head to her in time to see her pull her arm back. Kairi lifted an arm as she shrieked in surprise, feeling the snowball hit her near her shoulder. She lowered her arm and looked to Namine with wide eyes. "You better run!" she cried, a smile coming to her lips as she jumped up from her seat, bending down to scoop up some snow. Roxas slowed his pace as he got closer to the tree, knowing Sora was hiding on the other side. He held the snowball in his hand tightly, prepared to throw it at any time. "Oh, Sora," he called, taunting the brunet.
Seriously. Have you thought through what would change in the future regarding Roxas changing things then? Like, what would be different? Oh, and...
