As they were celebrating Kel and AJ spoke up as well, and Aislinn walked over and slung her arm around AJ. "You really did. And I am not repeating it. I don't know how Kaida feels though, maybe ask her if you want to see. I don't think I am ever going to sing that fast again though." Aislinn laughed. She was getting giddy about this whole promotion. She was so excited to be here now. She just wished that she could share the news with her sister, but even being named master, Aislinn still didn't know how to get home. That was something she would need to figure out along the way. Stratos began speaking again and mentioned a change of outfit. Aislinn looked at her own and smiled. "I think that is a great idea! It is a new chapter, may as well start with some small changes to go along with it!" Aislinn agreed.
Aria’s words did make Tinarah feel a little better, knowing that because they came looking for her, Torrin and Atmos discovered that Aria was still alive and was able to rescue her. Like Aria said she wasn't physically able to do anything, which bothered Tinarah slightly because it didn't feel like she had done anything to help, but at the same time of she had never shown up there, still no one would know that Aria was alive and with the Light Chaser. Aria then started to talk about Gero, calling him Grandpa, while some saw that as weird, Tinarah understood. She listened to Aria and what Gero was like before, meanwhile the Gero she saw had been locked up for years. “That reminds me of Uncle Fost. He was the one who saved me from the world falling to darkness and brought me to Master Stamatis. He would visit on occasion and occasionally bring us good food. Stamatis and I usually grew our own food. And after three and a half years, when Stamatis realized we hadn't celebrated any of my birthdays, he came to the party we had for that. I never got to train with him, though I wanted to. He never could stick around long enough. When the Light Chaser attacked Chomas castle when I got back… I called Uncle Fost for help, and… He didn't come. I just hope he had a good reason.” Tinarah so badly wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps she needed to call him again, at least tell him they all made it out alive. “I know Grandpa Gero isn't who you remember him as, but I suppose that happens when you come across a power that he can't even stop. He just doesn't want to lose you.” Tinarah refused to go into detail on how bad of a shape he seemed to be in during their time in jail. She was nearly certainly her giving him bread was the most consistent food he had gotten in a very long time. She was almost surprised he seemed to be doing so well now, when she was still struggling. While Tinarah was functioning, it was like functioning with a cold, possible but not pleasant or easy. Aria then offered to make them Hot Chocolate. However the way Aria was wording it made it sound like she wanted her to go down as well. Tinarah wasn't fond if that idea. “I would rather not… There was a lot of people in and out of the kitchen earlier and I don't really want to deal with any more people… Sorry.” Tinarah informed the older girl. She never had been overly social, especially not on bad days. Tinarah generally preferred to be left alone with her music when she was upset so going to a high traffic area didn't appeal at all.
It seemed everyone was in favour of sticking together, and while Cerdic knew it was safer, he was sfill worried about them all leaving and Ria returning to destroy the thing they were trying to fix. However the matter was settled and Cerdic was the one who encouraged Alder to take up being leader. Leaving the cave the walk wasn't nearly as long as Cerdic had expected. He remembered nothing of the path they took, it didn't start feeling familiar much to Cerdic's disappointment, but at least Mora managed to lead them somewhere more familiar. While Mora was holding her side again something that concerned Cerdic, he chose to take lead heading towards the trees instead. "why was I here?" Cerdic whispered to himself, searching for something useful in his memory as he ran his fingers across the symbol carved into the tree.
Aislinn laughed at Stratos explaining his world, and commenting on Kaida's reaction. "Hell yeah we passed. I didn't dance the hula for nothing. But you know a group of both preditors and prey helping a lion dethrone a corrupt king and help him get back his rightful spot as king. Have to says pretty standard as well." Aislinn joked as she heard clapping followed by the declaration of them becoming masters. Aislinns eyes lit up with excitement not quite, but nearly matching Kaida's. Aislinn had refused to let herself get too excited before it was officially declared. Now she jumped in the air. "We did it!" She looked back at Stratos and hugged him. "Thank you for being a great partner and teammate. I know it is easier to go with your friends, so it means a lot. Couldn't have made it to master without any of you." She knew how cheesy it sounded, but also knew no one had to be welcoming to her, but they were and she would be forever thankful for that.
This guy was really startinf to get under Kiara's skin, and she was positive that he knew it, probably took great pride in it. It wasn't the fact that she was losing that bothered her most, though it did annoy her to no end, but his need to bring up everything that she was trying to leave behind. As Uniform mentioned the whip, a phantom pain spread through the scars on her back. It was distraction enough thattshe lost her balance and stumbled forward, just in time to hear another annoying voice. "Are you going to stand there and gawk all day, or are youygoinggto give us a bloody hand getting passed these guys so we can deal with Nequa while she is weak?" Kiara shouted at Glen as she tried to retain her balance, hoping to at a least make an opening for Finlay to get up. And as pointless as it may have been, Kiara attempted to summon her keyblade again so she could be done with the whip. When that didn't work, she changed and her outstretched hand filled with flames as she blasted Uniform with fire.
As Tinarah wept into Aria's shoulder, she felt the guilt when the girl blamed herself for letting her go when they were with the Light Chaser. "I am sorry I couldn't fulfill my promise. I tried." She whispered between sobs. She had felt so bad for so long about that, now it didn't matter too much but the guilt still weighed heavy on her heart from before. Eventually as the crying subsided though, Tinarah took a step back to get a better look at Aria as she wiped the tears from her face. "I am sorry about that.... I just.... I needed somewhere safe to do that." It was the best way of describing that she felt safe with Aria, that she actually trusted the girl a fair amount. Tinarah moved back to the piano bench, and motioned for Aria to come sit next to her. "It is hard... being back you know. Not just the attention, of finding out that Mika is gone, but.... I built a life there and while it was taken from me later, coming here I see the people I built a new life around but it isn't the same. Meanwhile.... I can't actually look at Choma like my master anymore. He trained me for a couple weeks... Stamatis for years, but Stamatis has barely spoken to me. When he came to see me he was more worried about Gero. I know why, but... It hurts." Tinarah tried to explain to Aria how she was feeling, getting it off her chest as she was still upset but at least she was talking a little now. Aria she felt like she knew enough to talk to easier, unlike Take, who seemed nice but she didn't know at all. And things with her brother were still weird for her, at least they weren't with Aria, Aria was still the same person she always regretted not being able to save, but now she was here with her, and Tinarah had to just let it all out before her own thoughts destroyed her.
Sitting at the Piano, Tinarah finished her song, playing mostly the melody, only occasionally adding the base notes where she thought that she could keep up. That wasn't too many parts, but it was enough that she could make it work. Eventually she finished the song, noticing movement out of the corner of her eye. Tinarah had hoped it was Stamatis that had come to see her. She knew that it wasn't the one she came to know, but something still told her that she could still talk to him, and in many ways that is what Tinarah needed right now, just to talk and cry and not have all eyes on her or people expecting her to be a certain way, or be strong because she was a keyblade wielder. There would be a time and place for that, but she also needed to process everything that had happened in the last 48 hours, her getting better took more than just food and rest at this point, though those two things were what she needed to focus on if she ever wished to get out and help again, or train more. When a soft voice spoke up from the doorway, Tinarah was slightly disappointed. It wasn't that she didn't want to see her friend, and it was good that she was here. Tinarah feeling disappointed didn't mean that she didn't want to see her friend, that wasn't the case, she hadn't had a chance to talk to Aria since finding out she was safe. "Why didn't anyone tell me before... That Mika was gone? What happened to her?" Tinarah asked. When she had woken up this morning, out of all the things she thought she wanted to talk to Aria about, Mika's death wasn't one of them. More than anything she felt the need to apologize for not ever being able to fulfill her promise. Tinarah dropped her fingers from the keys and turned to look at Aria in full. "I-I am glad to see that you are safe." Tinarah added trying to be nice but she really didn't know what to say as she looked at Aria wondering what the girl thought of all this. Not just her in tears playing the piano by herself. But her story, her age, everything that had happened. It was a lot to process for anyone, especially knowing the last friendly face that she saw before it all started was hers. Tinarah looked down at Nini who was looking between the two girls and meowed. After a moment Tinarah finally stood up and slowly approached Aria, wrapping her arms around her neck and hugging the girl close as she completely let herself break down sobbing. Now that there weren't all those masters around watching her, she let everything go, knowing that Aria wouldn't judge her for it. She just needed this moment of tears and then perhaps she could talk again and start facing this world once again.
Chatter was going on around her, but none of it really registered in Tinarah's mind as she sat there waiting for permission to leave. When Gero finally granted it, she gave him a nod of thanks before leaving ahead of the rest of the group. It felt strange walking ahead of everyone, but at least this time she didn't feel like everyone was watching her. Instead they all seemed to be focused on other matters of discussion, matters that didn't feel all that important to Tinarah at the moment. She was aware of how important they really were, but she couldn't help but think of the fate that had fallen upon the other realm, and how there was no one there that could stop it. If she could get back and warn Stamatis then maybe they stood a chance, but instead she was here, listening to the bickering of the council. Walking down the first flight of stairs, Tinarah found herself aimlessly wandering. She didn't know how long the others would be, but she wanted to find a quiet spot to herself for a while. If she returned to her room she was surely to be found. As far as Tinarah knew, the second floor wasn't off limits and she hadn't explored there yet. She had a good feeling that her friends bedrooms weren't on that floor though, so it likely wasn't going to be the first place that they looked for her. Tinarah didn't bother opening any doors whiles she walked, she didn't want to invade on other peoples privacy, but she would peek in on the open doors. Finally there was one room she passed that made her pause for a moment. A shiny black, grand piano sat in the middle of the room. Taking a quick peek around Tinarah entered, having a feeling she knew who the piano belonged to. Music always seemed to have a way of calming her nerves, and while she didn't have her violin, perhaps she could remember some of the songs that Stamatis had showed her. Perhaps it was a bit intrusive to go ahead and play his piano without asking, but at this point Tinarah couldn't bring herself to care as she placed Nini down on the ground and slowly lifted the guard to the keys on the piano. Her figures lightly brushed over the keys for a moment, not quite ready to press one down yet. It had been a while since she tried playing anything, and what she learned on piano was minimal, most of it she got from watching Stamatis play. For how she learned she had picked up a decent amount, music seeming to come more naturally to her, but she was no where near as good as he was, or even as she was with a violin. Feeling the warmth of tears drip down her face once again, Tinarah threw herself into the music, doing her best to do justice to one of Stamatis' favourite songs to play. It started slow at first, and she found her right hand easily remembering what to do, however as the song picked up the base line dropped several times until she was just playing with her right hand, wishing she had her violin instead so she could play more fluently. Still this was better than nothing, even if the memories of happier times, playing music with Stamatis after training brought more sorrow than she was already dealing with, it was an easier sorrow to face compared to the knowledge that she had lost her friend again.
You are welcome I had to abuse...I mean use my new found power eventually XD

"Trust me if I could choose what I could remember I would certainly choose to remember the location of the castle over the stupid blue birds with yellow eyes. But unfortunately my mind doesn't work that way and my memories aren't all there still." Cerdic sounded slightly annoyed that Mora had to comment on him not remembering it. He was fed up enough with his lack of memories surrounding the entire event, especially when the ones he seemed to remember felt rather useless to the entire situation. At the very least Mora did know where the castle was to take them to it. Mora could lead them there but the question was left to them, did they all want t go? Cerdic wasn't so sure if they did all want to go, but Daeni seemed scared of the idea of splitting up. "Well... if we split up we would get more done, but Ria is still out there. We were lucky last time Mora caught them by surprise, but will we get so lucky next time? And if they do show back up here we don't want them doing any more damage to the extractor right? Perhaps it is best to split up. I mean someone has to go to Nocte Arce right? If it makes you feel better Daeni, wait here with Alder and Chrono, I am sure between the three of you, you can defend yourselves. Mora and I will head up to Nocte Arce and try to be sneaky about it. Perhaps we can get there without Ria noticing and then it will be fine. Just go over with me again everything you remember about that area Daeni and we will go from there." Cerdic suggested. He didn't know how well people would take his suggestion but he had to try, right?
"It's nice to meet you too." Thea smiled as she held out her hands and started making small fireworks in her hand and cute designs. Suddenly the fireworks connected into a dragon shaped ribbon that weaved between her figures. She giggles as she made the display for the three brothers, happy to have a new audience to show off her magic to. She paid next to no mind to the man who walked in the door as she continued to make friends with the three boys. Her tricks got more elaborate as she did them, creating small butterfly's and such, nothing ever venturing far from the palm of her hand though, knowing the flames would hurt others if they touched them. Tinarah was so distracted that she hardly noticed the conversation behind her or the eyes that looked at her. However she suddenly heard the word kitten and turned around and looked at the older boys. "There is a kitten? Can I see it? We have to go now anyways right? Please will you take me to see the kitten? I bet it is so cute and fluffy!" Tinarah begged before looking at Gavin and Zephyr. "Can I go. I promise I won't be too long. You don't have to come with me or anything. I promise I will be back before it is too late and then we can do our jobs. I just want to see the cat. Is that okay?" She asked them knowing that while they were her equals, they still tended to treat her like a child and would be mad if she just ran off without asking. At least by asking she wouldn't make them mad.
It didn't take long for Aria to be at her side, hugging her. Tinarah gave the other girl a light hug back at first, but when Aria stated she missed Mika too, her suspicions were confirmed and tears flowed more freely now. So much loss... why Mika? Why did she have to die twice? Mika might have been lost and confused but she was super sweet and helpful. Like Aria, Mika had always tried to help her adjust and calm her during that first week with Master Choma. The times had been hard for her and Mika never gave up on her. Gero clearly dismissed Tinarah and before she stepped back in line with Aria, she glanced up to Stamatis. She tried to gage if he had any reaction to her story. If he was upset, or looked at her more fondly, or anything that told her that the bond she had with him before was still there, even with this Stamatis as Gero had promised it would be. Through teary eyes however she couldn't tell much and the Council had turned their attention to Glyde by this point. Turning around Tinarah finally walked back to the line, though standing a little further back, wiping her tears with her sleeve. She didn't want anyone looking at her while she cried. After what was a rather stupid conversation and debate on whether or not Glyde's question was justified, the council then turned their attention to Torrin, who clearly wasn't taking this whole situation all that well. As he talked about the war that was causing the civil war in his realm. The same war that the other Torrin spoke about, the one that he was finishing. Tinarah flinched a bit at the comment and looked up at Gero wondering if he was worry like she was. Perhaps she was just being too paranoid, but Tinarah was still finding it difficult at this time. Tinarah now wished that she didn't have to be in this room anymore, listening to this anymore. She couldn't do it. She couldn't face this and stay as strong as she wanted. She took a few deep breaths, looking inside herself for something to calm her, but the tears still ran, even as Take started to speak. The points Take made however only made Tinarah's paranoia even worse. Perhaps Torrin right now had no intent of bringing back the war that apparently the Realm of Light started. At this point she was as paranoid of anyone bring that war back, not just Torrin. While Torrin was horrible in the other realm, over all the war and what it did to the people, how the Realm of Light lost the first time and was losing in the other realms war, she didn't know if they could win, especially with how things were now. Unless the Light Chaser was collecting Light in order to win any future war, but that... She knew the balance between the two were important, it still worried her. Her thoughts were racing as Nini rubbed against her leg trying to comfort her. Picking up the cat, Tinarah glanced at Choma before taking a step closer and whispering to him. "Can I leave now?"
With one last wave and goodbye, Aislinn departed from the world. They were almost done now, their exams were over and it was time to find out if they had what it took to become keyblade Masters. This was not how she had thought things would go when she was swallowed by darkness protecting her home, but Aislinn wouldn't turn this down. This is what she wanted, this is what she needed to do in order to protect her family properly. Her world had warriors, but no one could combat the heartless without a keyblade. If she became a master, perhaps she would stand a chance at being able to stop the heartless. Stepping out of the portal, Aislinn found herself stretching her arms and seeming to be getting used to her human body again. "Well that was interesting." She commented to herself before looking over at the other group that was starting to come back and giving them a wave. "Hope it all went well with you guys!" She called out to the two boys that she had worked with previously during this exam.
After having had a talk with Chrono, followed by the much needed bath, Tinarah found too soon the time came to meet with the council of masters. She didn't know if she was ready to face them, or talk to them. She at least knew that she wouldn't pass out on them this time, but that was only a small comfort as being around only a few people had made her uncomfortable thus far, made her miss the time back with other Stamatis in the quiet castle surrounded by a wooded area. When Choma came to get her to go to the meeting, he found her sitting on the bed meditating much like Stamatis taught her to. She wasn't as into the meditating thing as Stamatis was, but she had, over time found that it helped with her nerves, even slightly. Following the others Tinarah stuck close to Choma as they lined up in front of the council. Tinarah barely offered a glance up before turning her gaze to the floor. She noticed Stamatis and felt bad, she could see that he might still be a bit hurt. It made it even harder to be here as all the masters looked down at them, but given her journey so far, she felt like they were all looking at her. Whether that was true or not was up for debate, but that didn't stop Tinarah from shifting uncomfortably, fidgeting with her sleeves a bit as Master Gero began addressing them. As the talk turned from the Light Chaser to his absence, Gero brought her up, and Tinarah took a step back a little as she glanced up. She wasn't fond of being called out as she had been. What was worse was that he was motioning her to step forward, asking for her story. There was a moment of hesitation before she finally took a step away from the line of people she had been brought in with, not quite sure if she would call them her friends at this current time. "From the very beginning?" Upon receiving a nod from Gero, she cleared her throat and tried to think of what to tell them exactly. She had been over parts with Take, she should have known what to say or do, but now with all the pressure on her, her mind was falling blanket as she stammered to get the first words out. "W-well... I... You see... We were in a world and I tried to go off and defend the world from darkness and all that. And well... I tried to save the man who brought me out on the boat to fight the heartless instead of looking after myself. I was knocked in the water and passed out.... I think... I don't really know... It was all a blur and-" Tinarah stopped herself, taking a few deep breaths and centering herself, using more techniques that Stamatis had taught her as she touched the necklace that he also gave her. Exhaling she started speaking again, a little more calm this time. "When I woke up again a young man brought me to The Light Chaser. He healed me, warmed me up and dried me off. He healed a scar on my wrist..." Tinarah held up her arms to show the scarred wrist and the one that was healed, before lowering them and adjusting her sleeves again. "After that he brought Aria to me... At that time I thought Aria was dead, so to see her alive it was a miracle. He then promised to send me home but said Aria couldn't come with me because she was repairing the world... or something like that. I took his offer to go back to the others, I was going to tell them Aria was alive and try to lead them to her, but when I reached the other side of the portal I found myself on a foggy bridge. After a while of walking, Chrono," Tinarah turned to her brother for a moment. "found me. I was panicked and he was trying to calm me down, but I insisted that he take me to the others so we could save Aria. He got mad that I wasn't calming down and... he threw me off the bridge, to what I was sure was my certain death." There was another pause where she touched her necklace again as she drew the strength she needed to continue, not from the necklace, but from in herself, the necklace she just found helped calm her thoughts. "When I woke up next, I was in a bed. A boy said he found me on the street and dragged me to his home. Somehow I wasn't hurt either. A stayed with me for a bit, he was going to get his father to help me find my way home, but before he could, the heartless came. The world was lost. A and I ran, but his parents had to buy us time. Then there was this chasm. I managed to jump across, but when I turned back... A was gone. The ground he was standing had fallen into the chasm and I was left on the other side with a keyblade wielder that I had never met before, that I now know as Uncle.... well Master Fost. He brought me somewhere safe and promised to help me find Master Choma. However when we found him... it was, but wasn't Master Choma, this one was still a student and he was a lot younger." Tinarah looked back at her master and shuttered when she remembered the looks the younger version gave her, like she was some strange broken object. "Upon seeing my reaction Uncle Fost brought me to a friend... Master Stamatis. According to him I was outside my own timeline. He agreed to train me until I was strong enough to go back. The only problem was that I was unable to wield my keyblade ever since I had met the Light Chaser." That part made her uncomfortable enough that she glanced up for a moment at the other masters to see how they reacted to her own weak nature. "I trained with Master Stamatis for five years after that, with only the occasional visit from Uncle Fost during that time. While I was never able to summon my own keyblade again, at one point in which I was pushed to the limits, I managed to summon my brothers. I had used it for the rest of my time with Master Stamatis. At the end of the time training with him, he tried to send me home, gave me this necklace that he poured his own magic into. Between his magic and my own magic I should have been able to get back to my right timeline, however the place in which I reappeared, it wasn't my timeline." This was the part that it was starting to get hard for Tinarah to talk. She felt her throat close up a bit as her voice grew softer and more distressed. "The world I found myself in was Eventide, but not the one I had seen in my timeline. This one was dark, most buildings destroyed, and there were hordes of heartless everywhere. Too many for me to fight off on my own. Torrin managed to find me though... or an older version of him at least. He helped fend the heartless off as he took me back to a safe place in that world, the mansion there." "According to Torrin I should have been dead, and many of my friends had already died in a war between the light and dark realms. Master Stamatis, and Uncle Fost were among the list, as well as Take, and Aria..." Tinarah glance back at the beautiful young woman who had always been there for her, her fist clenched as she tried to force herself to speak more. "Mika was alive however, a queen of that place, Torrin was its king." As she said those words it hit her that Mika wasn't at this meeting either. At this point it was likely that she wasn't in the castle at all, but Nini was. Mika never left Nini behind. Tinarah glanced around at everyone in the room, maybe she just missed the girl? Panic was written on her face when she didn't see sign of Mika. "M-Mika provided me clothes and a place to stay, Torrin however had to go attend to the war that they were still fighting." Tinarah tried to continue, finding it harder to speak suddenly. She was forcing herself through the rest of the story at this point. "I... I trusted Mika, and assumed what they were doing was restoring light, so I offered to help Torrin fight. After all I wanted to do something Master Stamatis and Uncle Fost could be proud of me for, even if more than anything I wanted to return to them and train. Torrin set me on a training routine, claiming that I couldn't use my keyblade for it attracted more heartless and made them more aggressive. I trained with him and his men for a month, hardly having time to myself, getting ready to help with the war. However when the time came and the enemy was cornered. I found a group of keyblade masters were who we were facing. They spoke of experiments that Torrin had done to his friends, the darkness he wished seen brought to the world. When I tried to question it, tried to question which side of this fight my friends, Masters and Mentors where on... He knocked me out. When I awoke I was in prison, Mika there to break me out. She was convinced that the darkness wasn't bad and I was just locked up to keep me safe, but she didn't want this life for me so she took me and we ran." Tinarah was nearly in tears at this point as she continued on, looking around to see if she could spot Mika again. "Torrin caught us.... He murdered Mika... his wife. When I tried to fight him with my... Chrono's keyblade, it shattered with just a single swipe of his. To answer my questions from before about the experiments, he called this... this creature. This heartless monster that was supposed to be my brother. While it recognized me, called me sister, it wasn't Chrono. I think... enslaved to Torrin it was suffering. He threatened to purge my light as well, however without putting me in that form. Chrono, it seemed was the only one to survive his experiments, if you could call that surviving. He however wanted me to keep my form, but was going to deal with that later. He locked me up again, and that is where I met Ge- Master Gero." She hoped the council would know the rest from there, but for the sake of covering everything, she took one last deep breath to finish her story. "I don't know exactly how long we were down there, I stopped counting pretty quickly, but Master Gero tried to help me summon my own keyblade. After not being able to do it, I decided to starve myself rather than bare Torrin's heir. When he came down to confront me about it... somehow I managed to fight him off, in one last stand my keyblade came to me and I froze Torrin long enough to get Master Gero out. He then made a portal for us to return home. I assume you know the rest from there." Tinarah didn't think what happened in the portal important. She didn't even know if anyone else would have been able to see it, it could have been a delusion in her starved and possibly sick state. When she was done speaking she spared one last glance up but as she did she showed the silent tears that had been running down her face ever since she started talking about Mika again. "S-she isn't here and isn't coming back is she?" Tinarah's voice fully cracked as she looked down at her hands that were currently gripping the hem of her shirt, her knuckles white as she stood still central not knowing what to do now.
Speeched at him? Well that was an interesting term, but Tinarah wasn't going to question it too much. She had a feeling she knew what he meant. Stamatis was fond of talking if you would listen, offering advice, especially if he knew that you didn't want to talk back but needed help. She smiled a little at that comment, the thought of her master. She knew the one that Take would have met was not the same as the one that taught her, but still, unlike Torrin, their personalities seemed to line up rather well. Moving closer Choma asked about what had happened in her room before and that was something Tinarah had been trying to avoid talking about. She knew the melt down she had would be concerning. However not telling him anything would just worry him more. "It... well the girl locked the door and I just reacted badly. I panicked." Tinarah admitted. "I tried to run off but the door was locked and I didn't know what to do. Sorry if I worried you." It was an awkward thing now and she didn't know what to say. He asked what she needed, offering more food but Tinarah shook her head. "I think it will hurt my stomach." Tinarah admitted. Soon Choma started feeling guilty, claiming he failed her as a master. It reminded her of Stamatis when he felt bad about not getting her home when he had wanted. "It's... Okay..." Tinarah tried to comfort him but didn't really know how. "Master Stamatis and Uncle Fost took good care of me in your place.... Everything was fine until... well they tried to send me back to you when I was strong enough and it didn't work." It was a vague explanation, but at least she tired. "He never hurt me. He actually healed my wrist." Tinarah held up her one hand. It wasn't that she thought the Light Chaser was good, but she didn't want Choma to worry.
So she had to go get her violin from her brother eventually. While she wanted to get her violin, she wasn't going to rush back for it or anything. "Thank you for getting it for me. That violin... means a lot." Tianrah told him, not going into detail. The last time she spoke of her mother.... well she was training with Torrin and none of those memories were all that pleasant. The thought of Torrin wanting to name his heir after her mother... especially when, if Tinarah was correct in her assumption, it would share the same blood line as her mother, it made the topic difficult again. She had gotten better with talking about her mother while with Stamatis, that comfort she had gotten disappeared with Torrin. As they spoke Take mentioned music being something Stamatis would be into and Tinarah looked curiously at him. "You know Stamatis then?" She asked as he continued to tell her it was okay if she didn't adjust right away. Tinarah shifted a bit. "I... haven't been around anyone my age since I left. It was always just me and Master Stamatis. Even when Uncle Fost did stop by it was only for an hour or two." It was probably being in prison that was bothering her the most but she didn't want to talk or reflect on that part. As they continued their conversation, Tinarah heard a voice behind her and jumped at first. She relaxed a bit to see it was Master Choma standing there with Boreas. The other man still made her uncomfortable but he had saved her life so she knew that she needed to at least pretend to be okay around him. Looking back to Choma, Tinarah tried to smile, but it wasn't much of one at all. "My stomach hurts less today. I have a bit more energy today.... but I could have said that yesterday until.... everything." She said softly. She wasn't truly feeling horrible until they fell out of the portal and into the water. A little dizzy, sure, but she was still functioning at the time. Her mental health was probably still questionable, but she wasn't about to bring that up to Choma quite yet... or at all. She needed to train and get stronger. She didn't want to be benched because Master Choma was too worried about her and wouldn't let her do anything. "I think the rest helped... and the food. The food really helped." She looked back at Take as to say thank you for her breakfast. She would have to properly thank Atmos later.
Giving the chief a slight nod Everette looked back to the town hall. "Thank you very much Chief Yolvun I will make my way up there as soon as I meet back up with Conrad and Samuel." After all Everette was a little paranoid about being late coming back after he was so strict telling the other two that they had to be back on time. Venturing up to the river outside of town would not be a good example. "It was a pleasure having you guide me, I will ensure we do our best to figure this out and help restore your town." With that Everette started to stroll back towards the town centre. Thea smiled and nodded at the boys. "Yep! I am a mage with Divine Rose! We are here to help your town so you guys don't have to be locked in here all the time. It must be boring being in here isn't it? Having to play with those little plastic blocks and all. They kinda look boring. And why do they have a bunch of dots on them anyways?" The crouched down next to them to get a better look at the domino's that the boy was putting down. "Oh! I am Thea by the way!" She stated as she lit a small fire at the tip of her finger and spelled her name in the air, the red flames lingering for a moment before they disappeared.
Frowning Tinarah watched him try to move his hand and not have too much success in it. She lifted her own hands, placing them in such a position that she would play violin. "Yeah... I would hate losing the use of one of my hands. Sorry that happened." If she was there could she have even stopped it? When she was twelve probably not, perhaps now... but how many other people were around. There was no use feeling guilty about it, and surprisingly she didn't feel as guilty as she thought she would. Being around people her age and friends again had been confusing to say the least. She had thought when she got back things would go back to the way they were when she left, but Tinarah hadn't seen Mika or Aria since coming back. She had spent the most time talking to a boy she didn't talk to before much, and hadn't said a word to her old master. On top of that with the meltdowns she wasn't doing too well on this whole adjusting and going back thing. "Did anyone get my violin back? I honestly don't remember much of yesterday... but I remember Stamatis came... then the Light Chaser. I think he might have hurt Master Stamatis, and I want to see him, but he always played piano with me so I want to play him one of our favourite songs." Tinarah explained. "Though maybe... Did Master Choma worry about me?" She asked. She worried he didn't even notice, after all he hadn't been her master that long, but if he had noticed and worried about her, maybe she should visit him first, after all he remembered her, Stamatis just had a feeling he might know her. It hurt to think about. She wanted to go back to where she knew she was loved and cared for, but right now her mind was still filled with questions and doubts. She tried to keep the worry off her face as they turned from the kitchen, focusing on Nini instead to keep herself occupied. Maybe Take wouldn't notice, or wouldn't care, but it was better than facing her own thoughts. The facts of what happened scared her, some parts hard to talk about, but what was worse than that was the thoughts and doubts in her own mind, since none of those were facts. She had nothing concrete to hold onto and that was what tended to push her further back into herself, close herself to others. While talking with Take now, she knew she was already down that path, and didn't know if it was better that way. If she was just going to leave again, perhaps she shouldn't open herself up to others only to hurt them.
After the last attack, Aislinn sagged with relief as Aux approached them. She couldn't help but feel sorry for the hyena's though. Like while Aislinn would have fought them no problem, by the sounds of it, Aux might have gone a little overboard. "Helping others isn't so bad is it? I mean you got to rip apart those poor Hyena's after all." Aislinn tried to joke with Aux, though she knew it wasn't going to well in general so far. That didn't mean she would stop though, one day she would get him to lighten up a bit, though that was not going to happen anytime soon. Either way she could at least try. Seeing Simba as the new King, Aislinn smiled, finding it rather entertaining that Aux joined in roaring. There was no problem with that in her opinion as she reared up and stomped her hooves in celebration. After that Timon and Pumbaa approached them, mostly talking to Kaida but also to her and Ananta. "Thanks but..." Aislinn shot Kaida a playful glare. "I am never going to do the Hula again..... ever!" She made a pointed glance at Kaida from the comment during battle. "... unless really needed." She added but it would have to be a big deal for her to do that again. After that was settled she turned her attention to AJ and Pumbaa. "I suppose our job here is done. We just have to move forward and make the next stride to becoming masters." Aislinn said not wanting to talk about other worlds or anything, but still get the point across that they had to go and finish their Mark of Mastery. This wasn't over yet, but soon, they could become masters, and maybe then she could properly protect her world and her sister. Until that time however their work wouldn't be done.
