Xenree knew she shouldn't be helping him, but the feeling Renee had with him made Xenree warm and she missed the feeling, "You could force her to remember. I'm sure you didn't even bother to bring up the time you spent with her. Make her remember who you are and I guess what you should mean to her."
Zain growled at her the entire time she was carrying him. Orphan, being quite a large snake, followed them. Zain's fangs unnaturally grew longer and he shut his eyes, "You should've left me to die, damn you."
Orphan finished licking closed his wounds, leaving the bleeding wound on his back, "Yuki, would you pleasssse return him to hissss room." Zain shivered, "Orphan would you stop that insufferable hissing!" He snarled at his persona. Zain's face was feral and his incisors had grown, turning into fangs as he snarled at everyone.
Exactly as it sounds. I have recurring nightmares. This time it took a new twist, it was...interesting and disturbing at the same time.
Xenree wandered into Raoxthu's room, "Even though he's sealed her memories. You can get them back." She quietly moved into his room and stood in the corner. Xemnas pet Renee, keeping his hold on her memories tightly sealed.
Zain's breath came in short pants and the spine slid out of him. It was extremely long compared to how small the shadow was that had stabbed him. Orphan licked the other wounds on him, staying clear of the spine's wound. It oozed black fluid like blood. "Let him bleed it out. It will be necessssary for the healing processsss, Lucifer, if you would do the honorssss of incinerating that sssspine. I'm ssssure Zain hassss had enough trauma for one night."
Renee couldn't understand why she felt so hurt. She fell onto the floor, unconscious from the pain in her head. Xemnas warped beside her and pulled her into his arms, "It's better if that wretched boy has no happiness in his non-life. He wanted to see you, he saw. Come now Renee, it's time to plan for your precious demise." Xemnas sat in the round room, with everyone and planned the future of Kingdom Hearts.
Zain jerked and screamed bloody murder. Orphan covered his tiny ears with his body and hissed, "I ssssaid carefully!"
Nope. Though I had about four glasses of Hawiian punch. I'm much too lazy today to get up and make myself some coffee and I was working though...
Renee lashed out in fear, "Leave me alone! Xemnas wouldn't...!"
Zain's sightless eyes stared at nothing and Orphan slithered away from him speaking to Lucifer, "I suggessst removing that sssspine as carefully as you can. It lookssssss to me that they injected him again with their daily dossse of shadow."
Renee felt tears in her eyes, "He...wouldn't... I can't believe that!" She covered her ears and bowed her head. "Xemnas promised he wouldn't hurt me! He promised nothing would happen to me!"
Zain's fight grew silent. Zain crouched on the ground panting. "That was fun, huh Orphan?" Orphan hissed/sighed and curled within him. "You think we should go inside like this?" He looked down at his clothes, they were ripped and bloodied. "Hmm, might as well." He stood and felt something in his back, turning quickly he saw a shadow stab a spine of sorts into his back. The spine drained of color into him and he felt a burning sensation start within him. Falling onto the ground, face first the shadow licked Zain's blood and ran away.
Renee frowned, she wasn't listening at all. "Your voice...it's so familiar. I feel like I should know it." She pulled away from him, pushing him back, "Why is this happening to me? Why can't I remember anything!"
Zain waited until he heard the door shut to lift his head and grinned into the darkness, "You all willing to fight me fairly or is this gonna become a cheaters blood bath?" The shadows lumbered out of the darkness, their horribly mutated forms reaching for him and he sighed, "Alright then. At least you're cooperating better this time." They threw themselves at him and his lance cut through them. His laughter at the fight woke neighbors.
Before she knew it she had tucked herself under his arm as if it were the most natual thing in the world to do. "A voice? What kind of voice?" She ignored her questions, "Why does it feel so natual to be this close to you?"
Zain stood, "N-no, I mean let me stay outside. If only for a little longer." His unnatural hearing listened and picked up the other shadows. "Please, go inside Yuki. And don't come back out. Let me come in, but don't you dare open that door."
Renee lifted his hand and touched the M, "What is it?" She rubbed her cheek on his hand, "Xemnas can be an intimidating guy but he's a big o'l softy when it comes down to it."
Renee stood alone with him and smiled, "I really am sorry I don't remember you. You seem like a very nice...ah, Nobody."
Zain laughed, "You shouldn't...just because I don't look like a monster doesn't mean I can't. He remembered the day he destroyed the orphanage and dropped to his knees, "I can't go back there. Toya, everone that lives there. I couldn't lead those things to them. Please Yuki, just let me stay here where I belong."
