Xemnas was the strongest member in the organization so I think he would win.
I didn't really care about her in Kh2 because the only bad thing she did was trying to take over Disney Castle and then she suddenly saves Sora twice.
Sora because he beat Riku like a bunch of times and he's gotten older and stronger.
KH2 Sephiroth would be easier because you can use drives and reaction commands. In Kh, I died in 3 seconds.
