Ice Titan. It was also a good place to gain levels. Also, I liked the first Parasite Cage battle(the one where Pinnochio is trapped inside that thing). Why? You had 3 party members, and they could do all the work for you. The last Darkside battle was pretty cool, because of the timing which the battle was placed in. If only it had been a little harder, though. Chernabog was a cool boss fight. Dragon Maleficant was hard, though a really cool battle, and I also wish it had been featured in Kingdom Hearts II.
