Cyrus stayed with Aerith to watch over her. He held a ring in his hand.
"You ready to go, dear?"
"It's a good thing she's not hurt."
"We don't have long to wait now." Lucrecia said, looking toward the setting sun.
"I'm very confident about that."
"When you see me in it, your jaw will drop."
"I think we'll move the wedding to tomorrow. I can't wait much longer."
Lucrecia smiled and kissed him again. "I can honestly say I'm glad I'm not human. I hear humans are pregnant for nine months, while we keldon are only pregnant for one. I couldn't imagine what humans go through during pregnancy."
"I can't either. You think I'll make a good mother?"
"We'll find out soon enough, darling."
Lucrecia leaned over and kissed him.
"Did you have a good time training?" Lucrecia asked as she took his hand, keeping her other hand on her stomach.
Lucrecia jumped, but calmed down when she saw Ryo behind her. "Hey there, handsome."
Lucrecia headed back to the castle after changing clothes and sat near the fountain in the garden. She gently rubbed her stomach, thinking about the baby. I wonder what Ryo is doing now....
Lucrecia looked at herself in the mirror after the dress maker was finished making the dress and put it on her. She smiled. This dress looks beautiful on me. I can't wait to see how Ryo will react when he sees me in this.
Lucrecia kissed him again before heading to the dress maker.
Lucrecia smiled at him. "I better go get fitted for my dress."
"I couldn't think of a better man to be the father of our child." Lucrecia said before passionately kissing him.
"We better get you fitted for a wedding dress, Lucrecia. We'll hold the wedding in a few days." "That sounds great, dad." Michael smiled as he left. Lucrecia sighed in relief. "I guess we'll be parents in a month."
"And what would that be? What's this news you have for me, Lucrecia?" "First Ryo and I are getting married." "That's wonderful news." "Secondly.......I'm pregnant...." "You're what?" "You heard me, dad." Michael looked shocked for a moment, but then smiled. "I never imagined I'd be a grandfather so soon." "You mean you're not mad?" "Of course not, Lucrecia."
