I've beaten both ZX and ZX Advent. Very good game series. I didn't like ZXA as much as ZX, though. Omega armor was the best in ZX. <3

Colors are really hawt. Only problem is the slight artistic/paint look in some parts of the tag (like the bg). Might've sharpened it a little bit much. Also, crit my tag, Chaser. >=|

Well, I don't think it should just be drawn at random like the lottery, but I think individuals/couples who do adopt infants shouldn't care what the color is. I mean, a human is a human. Their genetic habits and talents might be different is all.
1st - Chaser: This is a sexy beast of a tag. Very nice job on this. Coulda used more colors, but I actually kinda like the monotone-feel. 2nd - cronoking - Pikachu rocks. Only thing I didn't like was the text, could have been better. It clashes with the other colors, especially with the reds and yellows. Good job though. Definitely a nostalgic one. 3rd - Ryuuga - I think you captured Tom in his prime. ;D The look suits him. The tag itself could have had a little more depth and brightness, and the text could have been brought out more as a foreground effect, but I still like it. Tom rulez dah web. Well, it seems Chaser is the winner. And really it is a fantastic piece. Good job. And good job to you all. Good luck next week. =)
Hmm. This sig would be epic if the stock were just a little bit clearer/sharper/not-so-blurry. It's probably the way the original stock was, so I guess I can't suggest a way to fix it. Otherwise, add more colors. Needs more light blues and yellows. For text... hmm... I'd leave text out. And for the heck of it, add some splatter-brush layer masks for more foreground effects. Could definitely use some.
My PS senses were tingling, had to cure the addiction. Made a bombin' signature this time (at least, imo). Comments, questions or concerns?

Effects need more flow. Try getting rid of some of that 1 px pencil lines. Preferrably the right side and middle lines. Try to make more of a \/ flow with this. Or move the stock over to the left and make the flow a / instead. As for color, could definitely use some more. Add more blues/purples (light ones) to the effects you add and to the background. And try some oranges as well as creams. :3
Norway is the happiest? lol Actually those natural disasters are entirely based on this time period's weather cycle. Just thought I'd mention that.
SA2 had the best Chao garden ever. It was like a life goal to get those immortal chao's at one point.

Horribly over sharpened. D: Tone it waaaaaay down. Turn down the contrast too, and bring out more color.
Try and increase your depth and contrast/brightness. So far it looks pretty good for what I showed you that one day you were over. Just keep working with filters. =) Also, for a light source, use a white soft-brush. Don't the edges of the brush to accent light.

That's not true at all. The color of your skin makes no difference to who you can live with. When you're a child and you meet another child at the play ground, it won't matter what color his or her skin is as long as you get to play tag with him or her. It's just my theory that as people age they lose that interconnectedness that we had when we were smaller; to accept and love and see all people as the same, rather than separate. Which is exactly what this "race" problem perpetrates.
