Well, it's certainly possible to live life without ever saying swear words. Though without insulting others? That is a different story. I know plenty of quiet people who have said things that others have taken offense to. Just the very act of not talking or speaking quietly might piss someone off. You'd have to be really outgoing and really caring and loving for you never to insult someone in your life like this. There's plenty of other possibilities too.

Spy Sweeper and Trend Micro seem to be all I need. On top of firewall and other default windows programs. I do have a weekly debugging thing going to, try and set one of those up. It helps in the long run.
