Are you sure they are not saved at the folder you specified? Change the destination to your desktop to be sure, and clear auto-opening settings to be sure...

As far as I know this setting can be changed, but only from the admin cp, and it's going to affect all members. But maybe this can be changed: Spoiler Sounds pretty logical and I think it's worth a try.

Use the buttons on the monitor to adjust the size.
