Well, first of all, it's only rated T for language, which doesn't surface too often, and they've probably heard all that's said in the game, and then some from other people anyway. Plus, profanity really isn't different from any other words unless you focus on them. But more importantly, just like you can do this with PG-13 movies, anyone can legally play a T-rated game, so long as they have adult supervision.
Cin was right to question it. Even though it was an extremely stupid move to pretend that her daughter didn't die, whether or not she killed her, it's possible that the mother knew that she would be suspected, and tried to avoid that. But as I said, either way it's a stupid move, because it just makes you look very suspicious. I find that weird that they don't have some kind of clue about how she was killed. I suppose that the indicators would fade over time, but that article made it sound like they had absolutely no idea, and yet still considered it a homicide.
Well, no, but I do know that they definitely don't want people asking to be on the news team. The staff said that if they felt anyone was...
The sad part about that is there are thirteen others who had that same name.
Wow, this is pretty serious. At this point in time, the situation seems pretty bad, so you may want to find another place to stay. The best you can do is go with a relative that you feel very close with. If not, find a close friend to stay with, but of course, their parents have to be okay with it. Your parents need to work out their problems. I would recommend going to a therapist, but that can be quite expensive. Try to find any kind of free counseling. If your parents have a job, they may have access to some form of help system, but I could be wrong. And of course, your school guidance counselor can give you tips on how to deal with them, and find help for them. There's even online help, I found this site, for example: http://www.marriagemax.com/ You'll have to ask him (or get someone else to ask him, if you feel uncomfortable) to step outside of himself, and think of YOUR future. He has a child, and it's not fair to simply leave you. I could be totally off with this next part, but if they are using a credit card to buy alcohol, they need to stop using it. Ranking up a debt certainly doesn't help. If things get really bad, you may have to get a part-time job. It shouldn't be your responsibility to earn money, but if it's the only way to survive, then you have to help. But if you end up staying with someone else who is financially stable, this might help to a small degree. If you do this, your parents' financial problems no longer affect you, and at the same time, they will have one less person to provide for. HOWEVER, this will by no means solve the problem. They need to find better-paying jobs, and they need to stop wasting money on alcohol. Hang in there!
True, but just because it's young, doesn't mean that it can't crash soon. After all, if the internet ends up dying, the cause of death probably won't be old age :P On a side note, this article is more than a year old.
Basically, you have to be active in the Code Vault, good with working with others and solving problems, and able to hack. I could be wrong, but I...
It's a difficult thing to do, going on stage. Simply committing yourself to doing it is the first step. But even more importantly, you have to give it your all. When some people get nervous, they often become self-conscious, and will sing really quietly, and when you do that, your voice generally cracks, or goes off key. It makes people in the audience think "well if they don't like being on stage, then why are they up there?" It may be hard for you to sing loudly when you are feeling nervous, but just remember that you are going to look ten times worse if you lack confidence. And don't worry about what your friend said; that you should only sing songs that were originally sung by women. Sing whatever you want, but instead of copying the way their voice sounds, make it your own by singing in a pitch that compliments your voice. I have faith in you. Knock their f***ing socks off!
"revenge", eh? Ah, I see he's banned. Well, it was destined to happen anyway :P
I actually thought of this before, not in a serious way, but as a joke. Nomura's thoughts: "Hm...now that it's released in America, our audience in Japan will probably want to hear the English voices too. I know! We'll make a Re:Chain of Memories Final Mix! It'll have a versus mode like the GBA version, fully voiced cutscenes for the Disney levels in Japanese, and you'll be able to customize Riku's deck so he can perform the 50 new sleights we're adding." *looks at a map of the world* "and you can't haz XP"
Somebody posted this in a different thread before, but...I don't care.
Best costume ever.
Winnar!!!!
Wow, if my math is correct, that's 87 k's. You wouldn't happen to be a white supremacist 29 times over, would you?
It means "fake" or "pretending", since I can't hack :P
I tried to rip the video files from the North American Re:CoM, but it looks like those files, along with others, are hidden. Even though the disk is 4.12 GB, there are less than 4 MB worth of files. All I can see is: MODULES (folder containing "IOPRP310.IMG") SLUS_217.99 SYSTEM.CNF Anyone know what I can do to get the other files to show up?
I already saw it, it was pretty good XD AntiWeapon shared it with the rest of us.
It may have been because I saw a poem that you wrote about "St. AntiWeapon" for Christmas, and I wanted to see if you posted that somewhere in a...
I did? XD I don't remember why, excluding this time of course.
It really depends on the person. For me, everyone gets a clean slate. By default, I like everyone, until I'm given a legitimate reason not to. I have absolutely nothing against Christianity, and as long as they don't pester people about converting, and this goes for any religion, I won't have anything against the fact that they practice their religion. You can worship a f***ing Cable Modem for all I care, just don't try to convert me if I don't express any interest in said religion. About the poll, the first and last options sounded the same, so I basically chose one at random.
