Try 2shared.
Right click on it and then click shutdown. And click yes in the window that will popup. Then try sending the file you want in any way you want. It'll work now. When you're finished open zonealarm again. You can find it in start menu->all programs->zonealarm->zonealarm security.
In the tray next to the clock there are some icons. One of them is the firewall. For example I have zonealarm, and its icon is a "Z" when my internet connection is not in use and its icon is some flashing bars when my internet connection is in use.
