No, I keep getting 403 forbiddens. And here's a free dare for anyone who wants it. A video of yourself staring at the screen unblinkingly whilst the Nyan cat song (or other ridiculous music) plays. You have to be stoic for the entire video. Optional: Have someone dancing in the background.
Banned because I feel like it.
Oh God, what did I do this time...? It's pretty much this. One of the things I like best about the Percy Jackson series is that it ages with you. Even in the first series itself, the fifth book was a bit more mature than the first one. And while the characters are still in high school (Percy is seventeen in House of Hades I believe) the experiences they've gone through make them much more mature than the average high schooler. They still act impulsively quite often, but it's much less than in the earlier books.
[color=orange]A small black poodle cross one. He's fluffy and adorable. And loud. So very loud...
[color=orange]Cool cool. I woke up a few hours ago, but only because I had to walk my dog. Every morning, whining and scratching my door. He was...
Welcome to KHV!! I hope you enjoy your stay here. Everyone is rather friendly and while we do have our share of trolls, it's pretty much all in good fun. Quick run down on the coloured names, since everyone seems to be mentioning them, white names are regular members, pink names are Premiums (they have over 1000 posts and a certain amount of likes), green names are Reporters (they look for Kingdom Hearts News and post it), the orange names are Coders (they post KH codes), red names are Sectional Moderators (they mod certain sections like Spam Zone and Community News), purple names are Super Moderators (they manage a group of sections like Fun and Games or Creativity corner) and blue names are admins (they're scary. Fear them.) There's also the grey names, but those are banned members and won't be posting. Anyways, I hope you have a good time here and if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
[color=orange]How are you this wonderful day?
True enough to both. Since I graduated school, I've barely read anything. I picked up again about a month ago, but I'm still not reading as much as I was when I was in school. as for the 3DS thing, I seem to have a habit where I start a game during break at work, then put it in sleep mode and forget about it. Then, next time I try to play it, the battery is drained and my progress during that one break is lost. Not a big deal since it was only 15 minutes of play, but the battery is still dead.
Alrighty tale, list your top five anime/shows and explain why you like them.
Most of the people in this thread apparently. Actually, reading is a great way to pass the time when you're on a bus or commuting in some way. Don't want to talk to your coworkers during lunch? Pop a book. Five minutes until you have to leave for work/school? Book. It's faster than video games because you don't have to power on, wait for it to turn on, wait for the game to load, wait for the file to load, and then have to run off and find a save point when you have to do something relevant.
Saturday the 5th of April: A friend (the one who is moving to Vegas sometime) and I went to the library together and talked and drew and had fun. Then we went to 7-11 for a slurpee, and then to Chapters to browse and talk and it was a good day. Monday the 7th of April: It was a friend's birthday! She came over and we watched anime and more anime! I made bowtie marinara with these really very big meatballs and my brother made Seasalt Ice Cream!
Hmm. I shall borrow it. TO THE LIBRARY!!!!
I get what you're talking about. Everyone has problems and when you stack them up against other people's problems, they seem better or worse comparatively. But they're still your problems. For example, my problem yesterday way that the middle of my bowtie noodles was chewier than the outside. Which seems super, insanely minor when compared to starving children in Africa. Starving children in Africa would kill to eat my chewier-in-the-middle bowties. But on a day that was pretty much excellent otherwise, it was a pretty big problem. Comparing it to the problems I'm probably going to have today (angry customers, foot and back pain, boredom, etc), I'll probably look back on my bowtie problem with happiness. It was a problem. A relatively minor problem, but it was a problem to me.
At work, my spiel is normally "Hello, find everything you were looking for today?" (cashier at Sobeys). Anyways, now, sometimes when I'm at Safeway or Walmart or something buying apples, I'll say to the cashier "Hello, find everything... oops." It's a problem.
I've never read the Kane Chronicles (no interest in Egyptian mythology). Are they any good?
I'll take a glomping. But you'd have to come to Canada.
I woke up this morning and I had 9 alerts. Yay~!
Hey. Hey @Androssi! HEY!!! alert!
