"Sora, as long as we have beating hearts, we can't be fake. As long as we can be happy, angry, in love, how can our feelings be fake? As long as you can make these," Riku said as he wiped a tear from Sora's face, watching it sparkle on his finger, "how can you still question our feelings for each other? Puppets don't have hearts do they? Without a heart, how can we cry? That isn't something that we learn,but its what we feel"
"That's true... For all I know you could be a puppet..." Riku shrugged, "Still, I don't know..." "Meh, human or not, you're a friend right?"
"Aren't you human?," Riku sneered.
"Well there goes our opportunity for a journey..." "Yeah right," Riku sarcastically remarked, rolling his eyes, "Just don't let it happen again"
"OW!!!!!" Riku screamed as he jumped up, growling as he turned to face the girl, rubbing or at least trying to rub the spot on his back. Bella snickered, "Well let's go find some snacks. Maybe a resturant's around"
"It can't be nothing if you're saying it," Bella smirked, "Ain't that something they teach you in English?" "Are you hungry Sora?" Riku asked, concerned.
"hey, hey..." Riku growled in warning, "I like Sora's lips alright? I don't anything happening to them.." "Yeah that didn't sound weird at all.." Bella muttered under her breath, "And Twilight sucks...in my opinion..."
Riku laughed, blushing as well, "You look even cuter when you're blushing Sora. It suits you perfectly"
The two shrugged, not really knowing either. "well, other than the fact you're into the whole, we have to put two people together and they look really cute in lovey dovey scenes?" Bella offered. "Yeah I don't know..." Riku mumbled.
"Ok...?" Riku looked away, a sweatdrop on his face. "Confusing girl," Bella muttered, smiling, "We have been doing fine, I believe. Strong, unwavering, yet I still feel distant from him. I'm not sure why..."
Riku quickly out his arms around Sora, "Don't worry, I won't ever leave your side. I'll always be with you, its ok. Don't cry, please" "While those two have their moment, who are you anyway?" Bella adressed the girl.
"I should still be there though in case something like this happens again. I can't even think of what I would do if I were ever to lose you, " Riku insisted.
"I do not blame its blood. I judge it based on its actions and if it dares lay a hand on Sora again, even if its the slightest touch, I will wipe its blood off my blade," Riku growled before turning to Sora and smiling, relieved no harm had come to him. "And I guess I should protect you a little better as well"
"Well you're helpless, a crazed psychopath who will lose is holding a weapon to you, and the guy has to save you. Yeah, I think its pretty safe to say you are," Bella commented, eating her popcorn. Wait, where'd you get that from? "Um, thin air?"
Riku kept walking," Stay if you wish but don't interfere. I'd rather not get into another fight and seeing as I'm weaponless, it would be rather cowardly to attack an unarmed man"
Riku raised it as though he were about to strike, but with a hesitant sigh, the weapon clattered to the ground. "You're right, I can't..." he muttered, looking away. He began to walk over towards Sora, "I can't hurt him or you, but I can't let Sora be hurt either"
"If he's your own then get him away from Sora," Riku snapped, raising his keyblade again, "Or I'll even go through you if I have to" "It doesn't seem wise to say that if-" "Shut it Bella. No one asked for your opinion," Riku snapped. "Jerk" Bella whispered to herself.
"What the-?" Riku exclaimed as his eyes widened in horror. He quickly pulled the blade away, trying not to cause any more damage to the girl. The smirk on his face disappeared to be replaced by a shaken frown. "Why are you defending him?" Riku demanded, shaking a bit, "He almost hurt Sora and you're defending him!?"
