"Tell me about it," Eleanor laughed neutrally. "Hey, can I ask you something?" she added in a lower voice.
Sakura flipped back her long blonde hair and gave Grace a small smile. "I suppose so," she replied after a minute or so. "I do miss them as much as you do."
"Don't expect her to respond quickly," Van Helsing sighed. "She's not that confident." "She could kick your ass," Edward grumbled, folding his arms and going to stand next to Hannah. He touched shoulders with her, the physical contact calming his nerves slightly. Oh, if I were you I would have beaten off a few limbs of that hunter by now, just to get him to shut it, Lestat suddenly chuckled at Beatrice. You're disappointing me again, little Bee... show a bit more confidence; take it from me: actions may speak louder than words, but language is much prettier. Dracula drifted down into the city he was currently flying over. He was wasn’t exactly sure where he was but he knew where he wanted to head. That Will character really wasn’t worth the time, was he? He thought as he landed. But I need more men, that’s a fact. That group of Gabriel’s is getting a little too obnoxiously big, especially when anime freaks start dropping in. Oh, did I say more men? I meant women. Dracula stopped at a building he knew very well was a brothel, and pulled aside a man that was coming out the back door, dressed in fine clothing. “Know you’re serving a much higher purpose than yourself here,” Dracula laughed at the man before breaking his neck; he wasn’t hungry. He pulled all the gold jewelry off the man, and found his money pouch as well. He glided around to the entrance of the building and smiled at the man sitting at a table in the front. “Can I help ye, sir?” the man asked. Dracula smiled. “Your women,” he began shortly, walking up to the table and dropping all the wealth on it. “I want them all… now.”
"The past is important as well, though," Eleanor said after a moment, her fingertips drifting subconsciously to her knife hilts again. "Dwelling on it is necessary sometimes, lest we forget it. Even if it's... painful."
:D oh i meant to ask you... did you know if you were going to come back and rp anytime soon? just wondering what your schedule was as far as that...
Eleanor put a hand to her forehead, pushing on her right temple. "Yeah..." she whispered, her voice a barely audible sigh. "I guess you're right. I... I can't believe I told you a word of my past... it's not like me."
"I see," Eleanor said, surprised she had said as much as she did. "I'd like to support your theory, but... I can't remember anything to back it up from my childhood." She paused and laughed. "What would my father say if he saw my now, the mess I'm stuck for some money? A mentally-unstable ex-prince I'm supposed to be protecting, but how am I going to save him from himself if he won't let me what's wrong?" She was shocked that her troubled thoughts from earlier were coming from her mouth, but for some reason she didn't stop them. "I... thought it would be easy, but all I hear is my father's voice in my head saying he loved my mother but never wanted a child, a mistake of creation that couldn't amount to anything, a waste of time and effort. He always said it was my fault I couldn't inherit anything good enough, though I wanted to blame him. None of my mother's traits or powers except a weak telekinetic link that took years to perfect... and now, what good is it?" She folded her arms and lowered her head. What's wrong with me, talking like this?
Eleanor shook her head. "Nothing but basic Nature gods... none of which I prayed to or devoted time to like my mother. I strayed from her teachings a lot, wanting to... well... I wanted to impress my human father more than anything, just because he was the one that saw me as of little importance or success."
OOC: wow... that was... amazing! you are my god, ramen-kun! i will follow you as you build this new world of awesome recaps! XD BIC: Eleanor smiled. "My mother told me stories as standard as they yet... I guess you could say that she told them as legends, myths, stories, in fact, only. No truth was ever supposed to be believed from them... so you can imagine my shock right now." Her smile faded a little bit when she recalled all the information that had been fed to her; regret? No, just some confusion.
"Cat got your tongue?" Eleanor laughed. "Don't be afraid of Nas, she's just having some master-servant issues."
OOC: if youre referring to garxena who plays sammie, shes busy right now :D but theres really not that much else that happened... pezz should be on soon and maybe he can help you.
OOC: we gave a recap just a few pages back if you want to look for it. :D
"Do you think they'll be back soon?" Eleanor asked. "I mean, with a team like those two, scouting this town and its buildings can't take too long."
OOC: oops... lol maybe i should have slept last night... XD BIC: Eleanor grinned. "Well, then I guess you're a good guy to have around here in this odd group of ours."
"Just my amazing... woman's intuition," Eleanor smirked. "Why, am I mistaken?"
"You don't seem like the man to know much about girls," Eleanor combated softly.
so are you, little deanipie! :D
Eleanor giggled under her breath and leaned close to Lanan's ear. "You don't want to know, honey," she whispered.
"Well, isn't that cute?" Eleanor replied. "I can't say I've ever had that particular reaction before."
Eleanor rolled her eyes. "Oh, I can tell you're shaking," she replied with a wink. "Most do."
