First one: Is okay =/, but add some depth, and the colors... =/, add some gradient maps. Second one: Better :33, but it kinda lacks in depth, and retire the duplicates of the head (Or blur them >.>). Third one: Turn it to B&W, the colors matching phail, and retire the head duplicates.
A: Improve the text. B: There is no focal point. C: In the third version the colors are way too much messed up. And there isn´t really too much going on here =/.
Meh, they are okay, but try to add some effects, they are kind of plain, the text is okay, but it could improve.
