Angel looked down at her dress. The fact that it was ruined didn't bother her at all, it was the stinging just above her right hip that did. She turned from Advent and Renge's eyes and then parted the tear in the dress. Apparently, her dodges weren't as good as she thought they'd been. Ignoring the fact that the wound was on her blind side, she decided that she'd have to train herself more the next chance she got. She gently touched the cut, blood stuck to her finger tips. She sighed, noticing that blood had gotten on the dress around the cut as well. It didn't matter too much though, she'd be getting rid of the dress anyway. "No harm done," Angel repeated, turning her attention back to Advent and Renge. She continued casually, paying not attention to the fresh injury. "Let's get back to my place. My mom and that thing she calls a boyfriend won't be back for a while. We can sort things out there."
With a soft grumbled, Aidou made his way through the trees towards the town. When he stepped into the sun, he closed his eyes. Holding Adiual close to himself, he opened his eyes and paced into the town, using the sounds and smells to guide him. The noise of a riled crowd were easiest to follow.
Aidou looked back at the sleeping Cylian. Sighing, he bent down and scooped her into his arms. Carefully, he adjusted her weight in his arms. The shade of the trees blocked the sun from him, but if he was going to find a decent place for his companion to sleep, he'd have to go into the sun. "Aidou...?" "Just sleep," The Vampire instructed in a mutter. "I can take care of things." Aduial was going to protest, but she was too weary. Her head rested against Aidou's chest as she drifted back to sleep.
"But what about the Dwergi?" Anna asked. "I'm sure they're still there." Beatrice clenched her fists, her nails digging into her palms. "I feel like I only cause trouble. I haven't done anything that has really helped anyone. I've tried and everytime it seems like I make a situation worse rather than better." Drops of blood plinked onto the stairs from her palms. "I sick and tired of being like this. All I get it crap from Hannah and pity from the others!"
*huddles in corner with vodka* Muahahahaha... It's all mine. >D
Aidou had spent the rest of the night watching over Aduial. He wasn't tired, and sleep wasn't exactly essential for him. The two had found a tree with a big enough niche for Adiual to fit comfortably enough in. Aidou had paced for most of the time, but towards dawn, his eyes rested more on Aduial than the surroundings. The sun had risen now and the Vampire could hear, and smell, the activity of the nearby people. He closed his eyes for a moment, enjoying the peace.
Nighty night! I'll be on tomorrow as well. ^^
OOC: heh heh... you're right. I should head to bed, but I'm too lazy to go all the way up the stairs to mah bedroom. XD
*huggles* K bye! *runs outside* Gah! It's dark! *trips and facefalls* Oh good golly gee gosh......................................... >< I forgot...
OOC: Well it is 1 in the morning where I am... XD But I'm not going anywhere for at least another 1/2 hour.
*backs into a corner and then gives puppy-dog eyes*
Aidou lowered his arms and then snapped his fingers. The Lizards that were advancing towards Aduial were wrapped in ice and then shattered. Aduial gave Aidou a smile over her shoulder. The two had become quite the duo over a short period of time. She returned her attention to the last couple of Lizards and the other who was fighting them. He was good, she could tell, but what was his reason? OOC: *brings out a jug of milk and chocolate syrup* Of course there's milk! *looks for Ed Elric* Okay, we're clear. XD
*looks sadly at the floor* I don't like newspapers...
*crews the bars* Grr... This one's actually made well. D<
*runs until facewalls* Oooh... That wasn't a treat... >< *looks around for treat*
*wags tail* I am I good girl, aren't I? =D
OOC: Thankies! =D *gives cookies to all* BIC: Aduial was quick to knotch an arrow in her bow and fire at a Lizard as she and Aidou came upon the the scene. "That was fast," Aidou muttered. He lifted his hands and focused on the air's composition. He froze two Lizards, letting Aduail shatter them with her arrows. His cold eyes met with one of the remaining Lizards, flashed red, and then encased that Lizard as well in a tomb of ice. Aduial knotched two arrows into her bow and fired. One hit the newly frozen Lizard and the other lodged itself between the ribs of another.
Well... it depends of the secrecy of the secret. If a secret secret is so secret that it's secretly called a secret secret then I'd have to...
Though... I guess I could tell you if you really want to know. *shifty eyes*
An uncommon pair of travelers were making their way through trees on their way to Triwn. The taller of the two was a vampire by the name of Aidou Hanabusa. He walked close to his companion, Aduial Brul - a Cylian. "Wait," The vampire held his arm in front of Aduial. "What is it?" The Cylian asked, perplexed by Aidou's sudden halt. "Is something wrong?" "Shh," Aidou chided quietly. He listened to the sounds of the night, and surely enough, he heard a battle going on. "Stay close to me." "Fine," Aduial rolled her eyes. Was it just her, or was Aidou a little protective of her? The two continued on the path. Aduial listened carefully to see if she could hear what Aidou had.
