Sorry but I have to disagree, its hard to say that a band is old and washed out and not think of LP. They have been around a long time, and yes alot of their music is very depressing no one can say different to that. The thing with LP is that Meteora was an ok album yes it had good songs but it had some others that were just eh. And they tried to make it just like Hybrid Theory which was an awesome CD. And Minutes to Midnight just wasn't that great at all. So honestly as great as they were in the beginning they lost it by this time because everything sounds so repeatative and bland. Its not as great as it use to be. Thats just my opinion, that is the reason that I feel they are not that great anymore.
