    "Alright," Hannah agreed.

"I think we should keep an eye on Edward and Hannah," Michael glanced at the mirror. "You never know what they've got planned."

"Things are going well," Hannah grumbled.

"Then why do you hang around here?" Beatrice asked.

"Leechers!" Aidou called out, his strong voice rising above the commotion. With a sweep of his arm, the wall of fire cooled rapidly to be replaced by a wall of ice.

The roots elogated to whip away some Lizards and drag down more. When Aduial heard Aidou's cry, her stomach flipped over. The last time she'd encountered Leechers, she'd nearly died - Aidou had saved her. The situation was different this time though; it wasn't just the two of them.

OOC: Darn it, Pezz! >< ................ This'll be fun! :D

Michael followed Jinx through the mirror. "That was very smooth." He commented once he was through.

Anna glanced at Van Helsing before going through the mirror.

"What do you want?" Beatrice asked, unsure if she really wanted to know the answer.

Aidou stood right up next to the wall of fire, arms folded, as if daring th Lizards to come forward.

Aduial dropped to her knees and planted her hands on the ground. The earth groaned and split, leaving a chasm just wide enough to keep the Lizards from jumping over. Some the Lizards tried to cross. Aduial's finger tips dug into the ground; roots sprung up and grabbed the Lizards that had tried to cross and pulled them down into the abyss.

I'd like to think that we make our own destiny. But if it is written, then the choices we make we were made to make, right? So there's a bit of a loop hole in this. ^^

"Aidou!" Aduial called for help. The quick increase in numbers was more than she could keep up with. She knotched three arrows and shot, taking down one Lizard for each arrow. The Lizards were past her line of defense, and the few warriors that this village had were not the best in the land.

Aidou frowned at the advance of Lizards. He could handle it - fatigue wasn't something he had to worry about - but Aduial was in need of his help. He heated the ground around the back line of the villagers until it burst into a cresant moon shaped wall of fire. That would hold them long enough for him to help Aduial.

Aduial grit her teeth; at this rate, she'd soon be out of arrows. She was relieved when Aidou got to her side.

Aidou froze the Lizards that had gotten past Aduial and the village warriors. He put a hand on Aduial's shoulder to get her attention. Keeping his eyes locked with her's, he extended his other hand and lit more Lizards on fire.
"Mold." He told Aduial in a murmur. With that, he speedily went back to his position at the rear of the defense.

OOC: be right back. ^^ I'm gonna make me some ramen! :D ..... and eat it too. XD

As soon as Lizards were in range, Aduial began to fire off arrows at each one she could with deadly accuracy. Her projectiles struck the Lizards in their necks and chests - the places where their reptilian armor was the weakest.

Aidou lightly smirked as the Lizards froze and shattered before him. He could see the humans trying to help. Just to see their reaction, he flicked his wrist and set a couple Lizards on fire.

To me, Sasuke is a very complex character. You did a great job with this montage. =)

At first, I pitied Sasuke for what had happened to him, but I could never understand him. Of course, it's hard to understand how someone feels when they've been through something so... horrific. Sasuke could only think of revenge and power, but I was always hoping that he could find a better meaning to life through Naruto (NO! Not NaruSasu!!). When Naruto was holding Sasuke after the attack from Haku, and Sasuke was saying how he'd promised himself he'd live until he killed Itachi, I cried. I couldn't understand how Sasuke could only think of killing his brother. What would he do afterwords? Once Sasuke had left the village, I hated him. I really did. So many people cared for him there and he betrayed them all. I never wanted to see him again after that (unless he decied to turn over a new leaf... no pun intended). Naruto and Sasuke's reunion in Shippuden got to my heart. All I could see of Sasuke was an emotionless person with just one goal. However, after I watched the second Shippuden movie, I could see some emotion in Sasuke. If you watch his expressions, you can see that he's still annoyed with Naruto's bullheadedness. The look on Sasuke's face at the end of the movie really got me thinking. Lately, I've been looking deeper in Sasuke's character, and I think there's still some of that Squad 7 Sasuke left in him. I know it's probably hopeless, but I'm still wishing that Sasuke would turn back and be that guy that Naruto is chasing after, that guy that Sakura loved (and still does), that guy that made everyone envious. I want the happy ending as much as the next fan....

daxma, you did a great job conveying all those feelings into this montage. Great choice of pictures and arrangement. =)

I don't think that Tobi is Obito. I know that Naruto has gone through some pretty twisted arcs, but it would be so messed up if Obito survived and didn't go back to his team.

Tobi said that he was Madara Uchiha, but I don't see how that's possible. After all, he'd be really old. Plus, Madara was described as a ruthless killer with practically no emotions. Tobi has been known to show some emotions. I'm not talking about all the goofiness - that could all be a ruse. I mean is the under-the-surface stuff.

Personally, I'd like to just find out with Naruto, or Sasuke, or whoever. I don't want to know before they do - I think that would ruin a bit of the thrill of joining Naruto on his journey. I do like to theorize and see what other people think, but going along with Naruto and the gang is enough for me.

Listen guys, I know the book and the movie are different. It happens with everything. I think the best that we can do is support this great cast by seeing the movie anyway. Like I said before: just seperate the book's story from the movie's story. Some people might think that one version is better than the other (I will always like the book better for anything). I think the movie's way of Bella finding out about Jake is an okay way of doing things (to cut time and perhaps stay in budget or whatever), but I like the book's version better because of the time it took. By the movie changing it, it takes out a chunk of the book, and gives them time to do other things properly.

    "Stop!" Aidou called out suddenly.

"What is it?" Aduial asked catiously. Whenever Aidou had a bad feeling, it was best to let him sort it out before interrupting his thoughts.

"Well, hell," Aidou muttered. His vision was starting to return thanks to the setting sun, but it wouldn't be as easy to fight only being able to see shapes and shadows. He informed Aduial, "Lizards. We're surrounded, and there's a good group this time. Stay here. I'll get to the back."

"Whoever can fight," Aduial addressed the villagers. "Get ready to!" She turned to ask Aidou if he had an idea of how many, but he was already gone - at the back of the group by now.

OOC: >< I ish busy with other stuff too! (translation: i'm watchin' anime. :D)

BIC: Aduial noticed that Aidou had gotten quiet and decided not to push a conversation. Instead, she listened to what the villagers closest to her were saying.

"A Vampire and a Cylian? I wonder how they came to travel together." One woman was saying.

"Perhaps they are old friends." Another suggestest.

"Or their families know each other." The first theorized.

"It could be an arrangement between the higher classes." A third woman added.

Aduial rolled her eyes. Were these people really so thick that they couldn't believe that she and Aidou were just traveling companions? Aduial herself wouldn't even go so far as to classify their relationship as friendship.
