I think that some of that blurriness in the foreground should be cleaned up.
Things closer to the eye should be sharper, while things farther away should be blurrier.

Right now on yours i would say the yuna one looks a lot cleaner.

I think theres way too much orange, and its really oversaturated. it could use more than your usual 2 color scheme, so you can show your effects more.

I would erase some of the stuff over his face.
What you have on the left is very nice though.

I would bring out the stock a bit more, and blur some places for depth.
Pretty nice though.

This one has a lot of potential.
Things to make this a great tag would be:
Fix the contrast and brightness.
Change the color scheme up to more complementary colors.
Blur some places for depth.
Use the dodge tool in places that are too bright, that should be in shadowed areas.
Edit: and fix the lighting on the stock. you have a bright spot to the right of his face, but the lighting comes from the left.

Its pretty nice, if you just toned down the brightness and contrast down a bit, and then worked on adding a little depth in there it would be really great.

Try putting a foreground into there to give it a little depth. that would really help out the pink on a lot.
also, look into a tutorial on adding complementary colors.
these almost one color tags arent good for showing depth and arent all that pleasing to the eye.

Keep working at it though and you will get better quickly though.

The effects are nice.
I would get rid of the text on there though. it really doesnt fit at all.
also, work a bit with lighting. create light sources that work with the light shown in the stock.

The concept is nice. but the target shape in the lower left corner kinda kills flow.
Also you should try adding some complementary colors. a little yellow/orange would go nice in this one.

Lookin a little better, but part of the checker pattern is visible over the face and its kinda ruinin the look lol.

This stocks pretty hard to work with. these effects would go nice with some color and a different stock.

it looks really blurred, i would remove some of the blurred layers, that it looks like you set to lighten then sharpen up some of the stuff in the lower left corner a bit.
A couple small light sources across the tag would go nicely also.
