Thats correct. The Dream Eaters are from the dreams of worlds that weren't....fully awakened? My guess is that they are peoples nightmares taken form. The good ones, dream spirits are likely good dreams or something like that. Lol, although we only ever see them once in the entire game, when Spoiler Ventus is forced to fight them by MX to try and unleash the darkness in his heart.

The pink neko is correct. As I mentioned, the Lionheart or whatever Leon's keyblade is called in KH1, is a great choice there and Strike Raid is your best best.
