I don't really focus much on the art, but I do like it to be slightly detailed. One artist that I rencently saw:Mayumi Azuma, has I style that I like.
I don't really care, but I tend to prefer the sub. However my preference depends on the anime. For example I did prefer the Elemental Gelade dub, but I HATED the Busou Renkin dub
