I say lip, but you shouldn't get just one in the middle; you should get one on each side. Then they look like fangs, but without the weird stares you'd get with dental fangs. Yes, double lip piercing, ftw! :)
I think suffocating by the weight of elephant poo is, by far, the worst way to die. You'd gasp for air and - ohhhh! I don't even wanna think about it!
